Uffizi Gallery Tickets

The visit to the Uffizi is already so busy in itself, having received all the instructions and audiogioda and being able to avoid the lengthy check in process helped us enjoy it better.

The actual experience was awesome. Your on-site representative was wonderful, pleasant, friendly, absolutely competent and clear. She was a tremendous asset. My only downside was when I initially purchased the tickets online. There was an opening for Noontime. I then asked my partner via email if the time was okay, but when I returned the screen had refreshed to the previous date. So, I mistakenly purchased 2 tickets for the wrong date, and per your policy was unable to cancel and obtain a refund. I then purchased an additional pair of tickets for the correct date. Overall, I paid double.

The museum was amazing. There were so many paintings and sculptures that it was impossible to cover them all within a day. Some masterpieces were breathtaking. The audio guide was really helpful for us to understand the exhibits better.

Purchase was easy but then we couldn't easily find the pickup location. There was no "skip the line" and no host took us to the venue, which is what I was told on the website I was paying for. We were not made aware that the strike caused the museum not to open until our ticket time. So everyone showed up at once and we waited a long time to get in.

The collection was very nice! Audio guide was ok, but not all the interiesting pictures were descriered, so I can understand all.

The entrance and avoiding the queue went very well. The bad thing was that they did a drill in the museum during our visit, it was a real disaster, the museum staff lost their roles, they stole 40 minutes of our time and if it had been a real evacuation it would have been a massacre. A 10 for you and a fail for the museum staff.

We weren't accompanied by a hostess as planned on the site. So we had to look for the entrance and wait in line.

The booked tickets were delivered on time, and we were escorted to the fattening by the host. As for "skip the line," I couldn't say , because in fact the line was practically nonexistent that day. However, positive experience.

Good morning. I wanted to point out that the 7 tickets I bought through you were incorrectly calculated as being in a peak season. When we picked them up we were told that I am entitled to a refund of 13 euros per ticket for a total of 91 euros. I look forward to hearing from you on this matter. Nicola Mannoni

We were able to avoid long lines, the audio guide included the essentials of the tour and we were able to see the works of art at our own pace. A recommendable experience to go to the uffizi gallery.

The museum itself is memorable. The "accord" guys were great and very helpful. I recommend the wifi for downloading the audio guide as it is not an area covered much by the companies

So helpful the specific directions about going to door 3 of the Uffizi to get the paper tickets and then to door 2. Plus the mapping, although the link to the google map would never work properly on my iPhone despite me using google maps every day including today and for many years. But we knew to go to door 3, and that was more than enough. Three years ago I came here with tickets but couldn't figure which door with all of the lines because I didn't know I needed door 3.

Paintings great- but we feel ripped off my head out which charged far too much for a 4 year old. I'd appreciate it if someone could contact me to discuss.

I bought the tickets to see the gallery independently, the ticket purchase service has been impeccable, very comfortable and with information available at all times.

Skip the line is false advertising. We waited in line over 45 minutes. No kne mentioned the number of steps to get to the top Your lead left us standing in line with a ticket and no direction The Ufizzi was most memorable once we got there

The visit was sensational! The possibility of choosing the time of the visit was a great option, as I could choose the time when there were fewer people.
