Uffizi Gallery Tickets

Instructions to claim our ticket from the voucher provided and directions to the ticket exchange booth were right on! Gallery was amazing with many artifacts and a very interesting musical instrument room!

We could not use the tickets to Uffizi, they start in May 8 at 10,30 instead of 8 and was not possible to wait in 1 km queu. Horrible orgenization of Uffizi staff..

I went to see Birth of Venus, (which was fantastic,) but the other works held at the Uffuzi were also quite stunning, espicailly Caravaggio's Medusa.

Great museum and very easy experience of entering the museaum with Headout and pre-ordering tickets. People had waited in line for hours while we waited maybe 5 minutes to get into the museum.

Having timed tickets was helpful although the huge number of people admitted at the scheduled time did not enhance the viewing experience. The next time I visit Florence to see the art, I will go n winter when, hopefully, there will be fewer visitors.

Exceptional art, a bit complicated to view everything and lots os stairs difficult for elder people and just one elevator

We arrived to appointment early and asked if it was possible to enter before the appointment. The very nice young man not only got us in early but was extremely curteous and accomodating with charming manners. I am sorry I did not get his name to compliment him directly! Thank you!

I have always wanted to see the Giotto, Masaccio and Botticellis in person. It was wonderful but the crowds were too much.

Las galerias son espectaculares , con boletos igual hay que hacer filas pero lo que me molesto es que me di cuenta que varia muho el precio en la taquilla del lugar y ademas habia muchas entradas

Abbiamo passato la fila molto vecemente e senza intoppi. Dovreste specificare meglio che le cuffie non sono disponibili in loco e neppure i Vostri addetti non le hanno. Purtroppo no è stato istituito u numerochiuso per il museo,,,Troppa gente.

Having the ticket easily available on the app, even thoigh my phone was offline, made the process very smooth. The exhibtion was amazing.

Our guide was extremely capable--although it would have been nice if her meeting sign included Head Out on it -- after wandering around a bit, I only asked her by chance where the Head Out group was, and she said "right here." Entrance to the museum was quick and easy. I was very disappointed after purchasing tickets for the 1:30 afternoon time that our booking appeared in my email as confirmed for 8:30 a.m. The agency was unable to change it, even though I noticed later there appeared to be 7 spaces left for an afternoon time. We were almost unable to go, and lodging out of town meant we had to get up before dawn to make the train. The Uffizi experience was ASTOUNDING, but the app we were given did not show a map of the first floor -- so we missed some things -- and the app itself was difficult to navigate, so we gave up on it.

The art made it an exceptional visit. I wish I had more time and will be back in the future. I bought many great souvenirs from the gift shop as well!

If you don't have much time or just hate wating hours in line, this is a good option. Just be prepared in case your entrance is delayed 20-30 mins from the scheduled time since the security check process is slow, but this is the gallery's fault.

Although the visit itself was very good, I was led to believe that we wouldn't have to Queue. We had to queue for around 40 minutes to exchange/ validate the ticket. I might as well have queued to buy a ticket in the first place. Why can't you negotiate to have the e-ticket accepted for entry directly?

two different queues: the first one very quick to switch digital tickets to physical, the second one a bit longer to enter the Uffizi Gallery: in all 35/40 minutes

The visit to the Uffizi Gallery and the Palazzi Pitti with the Boboli Gardens was exactly as promised. Everything was wonderful and perfectly organized, anytime again.

Good coordination of meeting point - getting tickets. Would seem in this age of contactless payments, that the ticket on my phone then gains our entrance. Should not need to add employees and additional paper for tickets. Our online tickets were purchased with an audio component. The steps/ link were awkward and we purchased audio on site. The on- site audio was average. Could use more details - including talking about the magnificent hallways ceilings and paintings!

I wish I had know it was only an audio guide and not a live guide. Plus I did not have my earpods with me, so I did listed to some of the audio but not much.
