Palace of Versailles Timed Entry Tickets with Optional Access to the Gardens

Versailles is a must see destination. The transportation was very comfortable and convenient. The tour bus narrator was very communicative and spoke several languages. Angelina's restaurant was so good. The food was delicious and not too expensive.

Excellent purchase process and the arrival at the palace, wait in line for 20 minutes and get in, highly recommended.

The Palace is fantastic!!! The purchase through Headout was easy, safe and guaranteed entry in a short queue, which allowed us to make the most of the wonders of Versailles!!!

We didn't have to queue and were able to enter the castle immediately during our time slot. Payment was also easy. I would buy it from the supplier again at any time

It would have been nice to receive more information about the whole process. There was no information that we could have had an audio guide, and certainly not in German Nobody actually knew where to stand on the return journey. Some passengers asked us if we knew where the bus was picking us up. Just getting a sticker for the return journey without any real information....Very unfortunate. I would not book through Headout again.

Basically everything was as expected, but it would have been nice 1. that the fountains would have been turned on at least 5 minutes to the hour 2. the elbows of the guided audioguides would not have been constantly in the face (consider another guide system) 3. the park vehicles could have been booked.

I loved the experience! The best trip of my life. It's a shame it was so short. The palace is huge and the gardens are immense. It deserves more time.

The château and gardens are magnificent. But too many people to enjoy them fully. And yet it was a weekday...

The visits are managed very well, considering the large number of people who enter the chateau every day. I have two suggestions to reduce the effects of crowding in the rooms 1. The room numbers for the audio should be shown on eye level in the beginning of evey room and not in the middle or at the end, and close to the floor. This would avoid people having to criss-cross the room, searching for the number before they can begin to study the artifacts. 2. When there is a large group it tends to fill the entire space in small rooms, blocking the way for other visitors to proceed. In these rooms, the barrier to keep visitors away from the artifacts is often placed far from the objects, leaving little space for the visitors. This could assure a smooth flow of visitors through the rooms, were it not for the tour groups that block the way. A larger portion of the room should be left for visitors to stand.

Everything was fine with the ticket and the service, they even called to make sure I didn't have any questions. I received the ticket again via WhatsApp the day before, so everything was really on the safe side. The castle itself is overrated for me, there are more beautiful places in Paris and the surrounding area. The garden is beautiful and really worth seeing and lovingly designed.

The most impressive thing was the gardens! This incredible symmetry and the "subjugation" of nature was beautiful to look at, even if it seems almost too perfect. The castle itself is incredibly crowded in places, especially when the rooms can only be viewed in narrow corridors, but the sculptures, paintings and rooms are breathtaking.

Quick entry with little line....the place is lovely.We had in the offer the transfer from Paris and back but didn't understand how to take advantage of it....
