Palace of Versailles Tickets with Optional Passport Tickets

Very quick access to the palace, no long lines, excellent access. We toured the palace and its gardens calmly in about 5 hrs.

Beautiful palace and gardens. The queues were very long though and in the summer something could be done about shade to protect people from the heat and sun. More restrooms would also be a good idea!

The ticketing with Headout was great. The venue was good. We were disappointed that more of the fountains weren't operating

This site is totally worth it. It is recommended to spend at least 3 or 4 hours if you want to visit the castle and some meadows. Booking at Headout is very easy and secure. The tickets arrive to your email and app and you just have to present them at the entrance.

Extra entrance fee for the garden was not expected. It was far too crowded. The audio guide on the cell phone was difficult to assign to the appropriate rooms. The parking lot was overpriced.

Hello We were very surprised to have to wait in an endless queue, even though we had booked our entrance time on the site and arrived 30 minutes earlier. Then, at the time indicated on our tickets, we had to wait over an hour to get in. Disappointing. Kind regards Véronique

The visit to the château went very well. However, I was very disappointed to discover that since the end of March 2024 the gardens have been subject to a fee .... It's a real shame not to be able to walk freely in these magnificent gardens. The visit turned out to be very expensive

It is a treat for travellers especially those who are interested in art and history. Tickets were honored for general admission. We had to pay extra for accessing the gardens. It would have better if that was clear on the tickets.

I was happy with my Versailles tickets, but very disappointed with my Louvre tickets, as the audio guide was on our cell phone - not everyone has access to a smartphone! I paid for 2 audio-guides for nothing! It wasn't indicated when I bought the tickets. I had downloaded the application, but it wasn't explained properly afterwards that we had to enter the code before entering the Louvre, so we were never able to access it. I lost 12€.

The venue, architecture, information and organisation of the display. However the venue was very busy and uncomfortable to get round

I had to cancel because of a family illness so I was very sorry to miss the experience. I was happy to get 25%of my ticket refunded thanks to the kindness of the staff. Maybe next year if all goes well...

The fountains in the gardens could've been turned on a bit more often. The tickets we bought for the palace and garden didn't offer any perks, eg skip-the- line; Didn't get a chance for the optional tours - not sure if they have to pay extra or not. Overall, impressed by the places, need to visit when the music fountains all are on which seem to be late June.

Easy online reservation, nice visit too bad about the wait at the palace entrance. With reservation at 1:30 pm we entered at 2:15 pm.

You should send the tickets to your customers or better yet you should have registered the people who bought tickets and not give them such a hard time, finally I also fail my internet and you have no way to share internet with your customers. If you buy tickets in advance it is easy that with the identification of the people can enter. There is a lack of signage, they assume that visitors know the routes. And it is easy to get lost in the gardens. And not identify the paths to each of the fountains, idem with the exits. There are no signs. And something very important to keep in mind: They should ventilate the rooms of the king and Reyna because there is a bad smell.

All displays s were great but Disappointed with the display for the Mona Lisa. Definitely needs a better system. We had at least 20 rows in front of us and they were not moving so that was a waste of time. Also inadequate signage to where it actualy was instead we had to keep asking at least 4 staff members and finally got there to have this large crowd who were Not moving. Was very disappointing and alit of others also felt this way.

It would have been better to attend Saturday. I was not allowed to switch ticket sales even though I figured out the need to do so pretty quickly after I made my purchase for Sunday.

Tocketervaring top. Prachtige bezienswaardigheid. Slecht aangegeven dat wanneer je je (nog) niet hoeft te melden om binnen te kijken, je aan de linker kant richting de tuinen loopt. Zoveel mensen (wij ook) die onnodig aansluiten aan een rij.

Attente beaucoup trop longue... dommage d'avoir à payer pour aller voir les grandes eaux.. trop cher. Beaucoup de monde ds le château de Versailles. Difficile d'approcher. Et parking très cher.

The palace is great, walls are with good decoration and ornaments. It is a shame that there are not so many object preserved from the monarchy époque, there are mainly paintings, which are beautiful of corse. It is very very crowded.

Great experience ! Fantastic place. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to increase the number of bathrooms, as I had to stand in a long queue to use them. Given the size of the place, there could definitely be more restrooms available.
