As a first-time visitor to Barcelona, I found it a bit less straightforward than expected to figure out how to get the metro pass and the attraction card.
I really appreciated that many museums were free to access with the card, but in hindsight, I wish I had chosen the other pass that included entry to the Gaudí museums, as those were the main attractions I was hoping to visit. Unfortunately, I only realized this later on.
Overall, I loved the convenience of simply showing my Barcelona Card at the counter and receiving my ticket—it made the experience so much smoother.

Barcelona has a fantastic metro network. The cards were very helpful from the first to the last day. We also used some of the museums and got the promised discount or free entry.

Very good experience. The card allowed us to do lots of free activities, and for those that weren't, we didn't get discounts on some of them.
One small drawback was that the transport card was only valid in zone 1 of Barcelona. Information we didn't have at the outset.
As a contribution, a plot of the sites from your position would be ideal.

I bought the ticket online in the hope that I would be able to book visits to the various museums and attractions included or with a discount in advance. However, it doesn't work like that, as you need to have your card in hand. When I arrived at the museums, I was able to enter without paying and almost all of them didn't have long queues. I was able to use public transport without any problems.
