Heineken Experience Entry Tickets

Everything was very good, I liked the interactive presentations and effects. The staff were nice and friendly. The atmosphere was super!

I went to the Heinker brewery and it was as smooth as a trip through the canals of Amsterdam. Everything started on time and went smoothly.

Fantastic experience, highly recommended. Great tour guides, interactive experience with fun bits throughout, culminating in an excellent finale downstairs. A must to do even if you're not really a Heineken fan!!

It was an incredible experience, in which I was able to learn about this brewery that has a beautiful history and super tasty beer.

We were not able to use our tickets at the time and date I bought them for and the company was accomdating. We were able to use them the next day. It was a fun experience and who doesn't like a few beers!?

The staff was really nice and friendly, despite it being the last tour before closing they were thorough and ready to answer any questions we had. The experience contains both information about Heineken and about the city of Amsterdam in general. Recommended.

I was touched that they were considerate enough to allow us to have a beer. Before that, I thought there were only explanations that I couldn't quite understand.

It is not only a tour as they are commonly known, but there are audios to listen to the story and there are also interactive activities that make the tour very enjoyable.

Both guided and free during the tour, we were able to make the most of every second. A fun, friendly experience well worth the detour.

The tour exceeded our expectations- Heineken clearly put a lot of thought into the experience and it made for a memorable day. The Arena was great to see and we appreciated being able to see all elements of the facility including having access to the pitch!

No seats in the bar area. Great for younger visitors but more seats need. Areas dirty in bar. Staff told male visitors to use ladies toilets!

It was very interesting and fun at the same time thanks to the guys who accompanied us and the interactive parts. Highly recommended!

Staff was very friendly with helping Americans in English to purchase tickets, advise us where to embark and any other information we would need. Our tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. The Captain was helpful and also very knowledgeable! Great Experience and one I would do again!!

Everything was OK, but I would like to make a comment about my boat trip. The Lovers boats are very cramped. On my cruise, 3/4 of the boat was occupied by a school class, the teenagers were very loud and it was difficult to understand the guide. However, the captain did ask them to be quiet several times.

It was nice precentation of stages how to make Heneken beer process.. visual posters.. creative interaction with customer. Free point of beer.. Its well done. Thanks.🥰🙏
