Hola Barcelona Travel Card

It was simple to pick up the tickets at Barcelona airport and took the Metro to our hotel. We used the tickets while visiting and sightseeing. Public transportation is excellent and easy to figure out how to get to where I want to go. Thanks!

The ticket itself is great, but I overlooked the fact that I redeemed the voucher at the airport. So I had to go into the city center to Placa Catalunya, and my bus on the AMB line didn't work because I was too far out (SaintBol). But the TMB line does work. Next time I'll buy the tickets directly at the ubahn station or I'll pay via OLa, where you can redeem them at any ubahn station.

Having the travel pass made exploring Barcelona so easy. We saved so much mo ey having a pass instead of having to pay for each individual journey.

Sagrada Falilia has exceeded all expectations. A building that defies description. Sörens is a must-see. The audioguude tour was easy to use so we can recommend this tour for all ages. The information about the Sagrada Familia makes the whole thing even more amazing. Unbelievable what has been created here and is still being created.

Easy to get and to use. An excelent help ivisiting Barcelona.

EAsy to purchase , and the tickets were sent on time

Good public transport network. Everything within easy reach.

We only used the card for local transport and the airport metro. Unfortunately, the card didn't always work, but we quickly got help on the spot and were let through. Strangely enough, the card worked again at some point

Pros: -Unlimited Travel -The card covers metro and train services to and from El Prat Airport. -For those making frequent journeys, the card can offer significant savings compared to single-ride tickets. BUT: -Not Valid on Certain Services: the card does not cover the Aerobús (airport shuttle bus), night buses (NitBus), Montjuïc Cable Car, or the Tibidabo Funicular. -Difficulties in locating the redemption points. We landed after 7:30 and we couldn't collect our tickets, the redemption office was closed. So, purchasing tickets directly from machines might be more straightforward.

It went very well, but the part that could be improved is the exchange of the reservation for the pass card. It could be electronic, it would be easier.

We were very flexible with the Hola Barcelona Travel Card. It worked without any problems. Exchanging the mobile card for a physical card was difficult at the airport, as the tourist office mentioned by Headout was closed. We had to ask a few questions...

The only thing was confusion about picking up the card I needed to go to the tourist office at sag Família when I think you can just get it at the machine at the metro it seems

I took the METRO so many times during these 5 days. Always without any problems. And from that point of view, the price of the ticket is cheap.

I met a charming partner who acted as a tour guide for a few days showing me the sights of the awesome city of Barcelona.

It was a great way for us to travel but it would have been great if it was a QR code, as physical one to collect and use is a bit tricky!

Exchange of the voucher at the airport went smoothly. After the 2nd trip, the card no longer worked. There was a help button on the ticket machine which we pressed and someone immediately came to reprint the card for us... Unimaginable in Germany... mega organization

Once the card has almost stuck in the tourniquet machine, being damaged by the slot, hopefully it was our last day in BCN
