The pass allows you to use all the transport in Barcelona We just didn't use the right shuttle to the airport, so we took a private company. The directions for us were not clear

The card is very practical for metro and bus rides. The only annoying thing was that the Montjuic cable car is not included, contrary to the information online.

It was simple to pick up the tickets at Barcelona airport and took the Metro to our hotel. We used the tickets while visiting and sightseeing. Public transportation is excellent and easy to figure out how to get to where I want to go. Thanks!

That the tickets would be suitable for all means of public transportation. The fact that the tickets cannot be used on smartphones was not good. By the time you discover this information in the tourist information office, you have lost time and nerves. And the fact that the tickets are not valid for the A buses from the airport is very bad. You don't know your way around on arrival and are forced to pay 7.50 euros. It is not possible to travel by metro as the tickets have not yet been printed out. And you don't know that until you've tried everything and read up on it.

To get a pass you have to go to a tourist information office, so I had to3 pay my first fare to get to the tourist information office. In addition, an application on the phone would be much more user-friendly.

We had booked the 120-hour ticket for public transport and used it extensively. The metro network in Barcelona is very well developed. I find it very advantageous that you only have access to the stations with a valid ticket. Buses and metros run very frequently, especially in the city center, so there are hardly any waiting times. The transfer by metro from the airport to the city center is also easy... is well explained by a service employee at the counter where you pick up the tickets.

The Hola Barcelona tickets are awesome, the only thing with the purchase through Headout is that someone from customer service needs to validate and print them so it does not work if you arrive late at the airport for example.

Any use of local transport without having to worry. Simple and uncomplicated. (Only the purchase was a bit cumbersome/confusing because the analog ticket has to be picked up first, which is only possible at selected locations. I.e. you had to buy a ticket first to pick up your ticket😂)

Simple purchase of the ticket and exchange for a 2-day pass. However, the barrier when leaving the train area is not entirely intuitive, because you don't need to present your pass and you try to swipe the pass past the reader several times, but in the end you don't need to. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly.

super good system, only activation could be a bit easier i think. now we had to go to and kiosk of tourist info. that is a hassle.

It's simply super convenient to get from A to B at any time without having to worry about whether and where you've bought the right ticket. With Google Maps, simply select bus or train as your mode of transportation and you will be shown in detail where and how to get to your destination. Easy

We were able to get around Barcelona by public transport without having to worry about tickets and zones. That really enhanced the sightseeing experience.

The ticketing experience was incredibly easy, and the use of the card was also easy. Being able to get around the city on any form of public transportation multiple times per day, was very helpful, and to know there were no extra charges helped keep costs low.

I got the HolaBCN travel card. Loved the convenience it offered by being able to hop onto any metro, bus or tram without worrying how many tickets I have left. The only problem was that I had to go to the Tourist Office in Placa Catalunya to pick the card up (your website indicated I can obtain the card through any machine in the Metro, but this is not true). So I wasted €5 paying for the Metro to get to my hotel and then from my hotel to the Tourist Office before I could start using my 3-day HolaBCN card.

It was very good, but it was not good that the ticket had to be collected from a stand, which led to unnecessary costs.
