It was super easy to get into the museum. I bought the tickets online, just showed them on my cell phone and went in. Beautiful works of art. Famous artists and painters.

We toured with an audio guide that could be downloaded to our cell phones via app and listened with earphones. The audio guide offers a nice constructed tour to see and understand all the major works in the museum. The main one is Guernica but the others are no less. Beautiful works by artists such as Salvador Dalí. Fully recommended to visit the Museum and the audio guide in Italian.

Purchasing tickets was a breeze. I would take the three museum option when booking your tickets. The Prado was great but you couldn't take photos. Other two were an incredible surprise. Must see!

The service worked very well; in each museum I only had to show the QR of my ticket and they gave you the ticket; I went in July and there were almost no lines, likewise, I consulted each worker before starting a line to know where to redeem the ticket.
It is advisable to take a screenshot of the QR because sometimes it is hard to load the app in a hurry and.... the only detail I can say is that it is VERY tiring to visit three museums in one day but it is very rewarding.
I recommend starting early, as soon as the Reina Sofia opens, around 12hrs have some lunch and go to the Museo del Padro, as it is the largest and where you will probably spend the whole afternoon; and around 5 go to the Thyssen which is usually the smallest and least visited.

The queue for tickets was long. Buying the ticket in advance via the "headout" saved me time, so much so that I was the first to enter room 205, where the "Guernica" painting is located. The museum is wonderful, not to be missed. Well worth a visit. A suggestion for lunch is the "nubel" restaurant, which is attached to the complex (make a reservation).

It was a really wonderful exhibition that contains so many works of art that also stick with you through the story behind each of them. For purchasing tickets through the website, I must say that it was very easy and fast and most importantly it allowed me to skip the queue and save a lot of time.

Fácil a compra enquanto esperava no acesso ao museu na fila.
Como qualquer espaço turístico, as filas são sempre grandes, é preciso se um pouco paciente.
Correu tudo muito bem e valeu bem o preço do bilhete.

My visit to the Reina Sofía Museum was a truly enriching experience that left an indelible mark on my soul. Through the lens of cubism and the timeless power of “Guernica,” I was reminded of the enduring relevance of art as a mirror to society and a catalyst for change. Whether you’re a seasoned art aficionado or a curious newcomer, this museum is a must-visit destination that promises to ignite the imagination and ignite the soul.

Got the pass for Reina Sophia, Prado and Thssyen Bornemisza. We'll worth it, no lines. All 3 museums are must-see, no matter your tastes. TB was just room after room after room of gorgeous stuff that you haven't seen a million times, just amazing.

Exceptional experience, with beautiful works, renowned painters, a simple and pleasant place and easy access to online tickets, which avoids standing in long lines!!! I'd definitely recommend it, and to top it all off, "Guernica by Pablo Picasso".

First of all, the building itself is just amazing! It is a bit confusing of how to access the 4th floor as much as how to get to the library. But the artworks themselves which are being presented are stunning. Dalí, Picasso, Miró just to mention a few were exhibited there. I feel lucky to had the chance to see some of their works represented in this museum.

It's important to have modern art represented in Madrid. We came with tickets to see the ancient, medieval and renaissance art at the Prado and palace but I was happy to discover the modern as well. It's refreshing.
