Reina Sofia Museum Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

The exhibit was extremely interesting. Iconic Picasso and other XX Century artists well integrated by historic references.

It was a really wonderful exhibition that contains so many works of art that also stick with you through the story behind each of them. For purchasing tickets through the website, I must say that it was very easy and fast and most importantly it allowed me to skip the queue and save a lot of time.

I thought that I purchased the optional audio tour and when I got to the ticket station I was told that I had not. And I ended up having to pay for it again. That was not what I expected.

It is a simply incredible place, a unique museum. Objectively, it is really impossible to see it all in one go, but you do not leave disappointed but rather with the desire to return to relive the experience.

Do not wait in line. I was directed directly to the ticket office by one of the people who distributed the queues, to whom I previously showed the ticket.

You should give for electronic tickets a specific time bracket to enter (like 30 minutes slits). If you say that reservation is 10 am to 7 pm is worth nothing than a long queue

Guernica painting and the exhibition of the 1936-39 Civil War posters which were amazing and riveting. Also knowledgeable staff

I spent the works that exist to appreciate and especially that there are no people interumpiendo saying that you can not take pictures, the latter gives a very important plus, because in the Prado Museum, which I consider inferior to the Reina Sofia Museum, without having signs, as they bothered not letting people record or take pictures, as if people were fortune tellers, in the case of the Reina Sofia Museum everything was nice, congratulations for that, keep it up.

The audio guide was not available at the entrance and we had to look for another point on another level without signage. Some of the works were not accessible, but the audio guide was not up to date.

The Museum is excellent. It would be better if you could find a way to process ticket holders faster. The line is much too long and unnecessary.

My only goal was to be in the presence of Guernica. To see it, analise it, having it right in front of me. It will be unforgettable.

Fantastic museum. Very high value for money, although Headout - as far as I remember - did us not offer the 65+ 50% discount we noticed at the ticket office of the museum itself.

I purchased the ticket so that I would not have to stand in line for a free senior ticket and had to wait for 30 minutes to get into the museum even with the pre-purchased ticket

There was no clear indication that we were supposed to get physical tickets to enter the museums and that the given QR was not enough. This caused us to take part in unnecessary waiting lines where at the end they would not let us enter

Fácil a compra enquanto esperava no acesso ao museu na fila. Como qualquer espaço turístico, as filas são sempre grandes, é preciso se um pouco paciente. Correu tudo muito bem e valeu bem o preço do bilhete.

We knew we were going to see the most important museums in Madrid, so we expected to queue a little bit even just to have our electronic tickets activated, but that was not the case! We went straight in skipping any lines and so we didn't lose a single minute and were able to fully enjoy our visit! Super recommended!

I enjoyed the art but you need more people att the security scan. It took forever to line up for security pass through. The toilets were closed so we had to go to another toilet and line up for 15 minutes. More toilets needed as well.

The Reina Sofia is very interesting, full of prestigious collections, especially those of Picasso, Dali and Miró. Thanks to online ticket reservations we avoided the long lines, and the use of Italian-language self-guides enriched our visit with valuable information.
