Purchasing tickets was a breeze. I would take the three museum option when booking your tickets. The Prado was great but you couldn't take photos. Other two were an incredible surprise. Must see!

The service worked very well; in each museum I only had to show the QR of my ticket and they gave you the ticket; I went in July and there were almost no lines, likewise, I consulted each worker before starting a line to know where to redeem the ticket.
It is advisable to take a screenshot of the QR because sometimes it is hard to load the app in a hurry and.... the only detail I can say is that it is VERY tiring to visit three museums in one day but it is very rewarding.
I recommend starting early, as soon as the Reina Sofia opens, around 12hrs have some lunch and go to the Museo del Padro, as it is the largest and where you will probably spend the whole afternoon; and around 5 go to the Thyssen which is usually the smallest and least visited.

Got the pass for Reina Sophia, Prado and Thssyen Bornemisza. We'll worth it, no lines. All 3 museums are must-see, no matter your tastes. TB was just room after room after room of gorgeous stuff that you haven't seen a million times, just amazing.

The queue cutter is not useful, and the museum does not provide a brochure or map.
You don't get an audio guide with a paid ticket.

The experience with the guide Bianca has been incredible. We have enjoyed her detailed explanations, her attention, especially with my son who has been exquisite.
She has made the guided tour simply fantastic.
Thank you for everything Bianca! It was a pleasure to have met you.

Need to give better instructivo a for how to deseen tickets at the museum, since information/direction signs aren't great and we did not know where to line up and got sent to other windows. The QR code would not scan at the Prado from the diwnloaded tickets. We finally got to entre!

Being able to buy three tickets at once streamlined our experience! Wouldn't have gone to the Reine-Sofia had I not bought the package and glad I did.

This was amazing experience, paintings and sculptures were briliant. Paper guide and map of the museum were very clear and readable. Highly recommended!

Having the flexibility to make an art tour with your own pace and skip the lines in any of them makes an awsome start for any journey

Seeing paintings and sculptures on walls and floors rather than in books. Getting there early meant we had time to absorb some of the paintings without the crowds.

Unfortunately, the ticketing system is not functional and we had to wait in two lines to get in. First at the ticket office and then at the 'entrance.
The tour, on the other hand, is well organized and you can easily find the things you are interested in

Audio guide set up very poorly. We walked through the same halls several times to find the works described. The rooms are poorly marked and you waste a lot of time finding matches. Also, some works were out in other exhibitions but were listed anyway.

Having skip-the-line tickets for three museums was a great help. Let customers know at The Prado they will have to "exchange" their digital tickets for printed ones to differentiate between the museums. They will have to stand in line to do so. No big deal but a bit confusing as there is no signage for this. The museum is extraordinary as is the Thyssen too!

This was a return visit to the Prado after 12 years. As expected the work on display was truly wonderful. The last time I was there Goya's black paintings were down stairs in ( I think)a basement area. This time they were in a room on the ground floor adjacent to other work by Goya and Velazquez and I felt they lost something of their impact.
My main gripe with my visit this time was the crowds. It was impossible to get anywhere close to a lot of the better known and more popular works. Big attractions like Las Meninas and Goya's 3rd of May were impossible to view as the crowds were so large -- a lot of pushing and shoving involved. I know there is very little that can be done about this, but I thought I should mention it anyway.
Also the queing in the restruants and cafes was so long and frustrating that we gave up in the end.
Apart from these few grumbles the Prado visiting experience is still among the best in Europe. And what a collection!
