San Diego Zoo Safari Park Tickets

Well it was about 23 of us and we had nothing bad to say. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating my 10th grandson's birthday.

The zoo was awesome from the animals, to the double decker bus ride, to the shops and to all the employees and volunteers! Many animals were alert and curious about the visitors such as the lion and lioness sitting up and watching as we drove by on the bus and the bear that were begging for treats from its handler. It was a beautiful day in a beautiful environment!

Visiting from Phoneix. Park was so wonderful we spent the whole day there. Staff were very, very accommodating for our ADA family.

It was my bf's first time so it was super exciting watching him get to see the safari and explore a new adventure :)

The animals are very well taken care of not stressed out, they seemed very happy and relaxed

I loved the elephants. I wish you could have more shows...

It was mainly a family outing and we were coming back after 12 years. With children in college and working it was a good weekend to be out and about with family

It was a family vacation day and most of the animals were either not out or just laying around. My daughter and granddaughter were really looking forward to the Elephants but they are getting a new place. The volunteers were helpful than the workers. Just wish it was better. Hopefully if we visit again it's better

The friendly staff and fellow visitors made this visit special! We especially enjoyed the tram experience and the elephant exhibit. My eldest son exclaimed this experience was "better than Disney"!

I was very impressed. Having seen the zoos of my childhood--basically prison for animals--it was plain that the animals in the San Diego Zoo are there to serve a greater purpose. They are part of the conservation and repatriation process to ensure that these species survive.

It was a beautiful day and your volunteers were informative and nice. My 2 boys loved the Africa Tram and seeing all the animals. It was hard for them to chose just one animal. They were beautiful.

I thought the smaller vehicle tours were included with the purchase of the park ticket. Assuming the price for the tour would be a long wait time. I guess I'm just comparing this park to something like Universal Studios where Harry Potter is included with the purchase of a ticket. Anyway I'm glad my wife and I were able to contribute to the park.

Much improved since last visit, 8 years ago. Lot's of construction unfortunately. But as a whole much more mature, and the docents are very good, with excellent information.

We had a wonderful experience. The Park is amazing, but... - Although there were planty of signs at the main areas, there were very few signs to point the way in the outlaying areas. We ended up in a sunny, hot location in the middle of the day (which we had not palnned to visit) simply because there we were no signs. - Also, I'd like to share about the Safari Park app. (There doesn't seem to be a way to give feedback on the app itself.) One of the features on the app is to create a visit "Plan". I found it rather useless since after checking the activities and animals I wanted to visit, which are listed in alphabetical order, the "plan" then listed the items, mostly still in alphabetical order, not in a logical sequence.

Awesome experience. Did the behind-the-scenes tour was worth every penny. A real Jurassic Park experience very educational would recommend to anybody I know.

The safari is an experience almost like doing a trip to Africa

Loved the orangutans. Giraffes are cool.

Beautiful park, wonderful staff and volunteers. Amazing experience!

Alot of people we had time for a small portion of the safari park since it was miles of walking

Dolphins show and whales the sea lions were very cute
