Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Tickets with Ferry Transfers

Worked out very well and a great visit. Need to be.clearer that to go up the statue you need to have a separate ticket or have it booked in advance. Its not par of the basic ticket

We expected that people with tickets would have a shorter wait. Unfortunately, everyone had tickets and had to wait in line for 2 hours in the sun until the security check. Then another 1 hour until we were on the ship. On Ellis Island (also with a long wait) there was little time for the exhibition and we were back in Manhattan on the last ferry at 5:40 pm. The trip to Liberty Island and Ellis Island was very nice. However, we spent a good 4.5 hours of the more than 7 hours in line.

The actual tour was perfectly organized, but I cannot say the same for the "headout" support team. Badly reviewed. How come no one picks up our phone calls for two days?!!

The Statue of Liberty and the history in the museum is impressive 10/10 beautiful experience because of the punctuality and accessibility to take pictures.

Seamless ticketing experience but the entry to battery park was closed and hence had to go round and round before catching the ferry..

Visiting lady liberty , the museum as well. I was able to learn the history and I highly recommend to anyone visiting NYC not to miss this .

Everything, but I really liked riding the ferry. I loved getting to know the statue of liberty because it was my childhood dream

Tickets were available the same day and it helped to get the experience of visiting the island as soon as we landed in NY.

I love going to stauts of Liberty and visiting but I was not able to go into the state at all I did not have the prop tickets So I left annoyed

Just wish it were easier to tell what ticket gets you inside the Statue of Liberty. I thought the one I bought was for that but was told no something about purchasing a few days in advance to get inside lady Liberty. Still had a great experience though

Working with Headout was easy on my phone. Visiting the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island was very moving and emotional. We didn't have tickets to go inside the statue, but wished we had bought them. The tickets were reasonably priced, which was a big plus for us. Everyone working with our excursion were polite and knowledgeable. It was so interesting to see how the statue was built and shipped. The enclosed pictures help to show the scale of her size.

We really liked that we could enjoy on our own. We tried the audio phones, however unsuccessfully. My husband could not hear we tried several different things but no luck. The phones were frustrating to my daughter also. I read everything for them, we really enjoyed the history. Even though the weather was somewhat uncooperative, it was a fabulous experience and we were so glad to have experienced.

It is a place that for being iconic should not be missed. A very beautiful place full of history. The ferry ride was spectacular and safe. I recommend it.

It was not clear whether our tickets were also for entry to the Statue of Liberty. We wanted to walk to the top of the statue and were not allowed to. That's why we ordered the tickets. Nowhere did it say that we would not be granted entry.

Everything about this trip was great. The online booking system was fast and very user friendly. The ferry service to Liberty Island and Ellis Island was very good ( the exiting and boarding take a little time ) but overall very good. I have mobility issues and the staff were both friendly and very helpful making sure that I embarked and disembarked safely. The museum's on Liberty island and Ellis island are both very good and definitely worth taking the time to visit them. Food and drinks are available and very reasonably priced f considering they are busy tourist attractions. Highly recommend this trip for all, young and old.

When I booked the trip to the Statue of Liberty I was not told to obtain clearance to enter the statue and to climb up, at least one week in advance.

The attraction I booked for was amazing. The ticketing and queuing was easy and all sign posted all the way. We arrived at early and was able to get straight through and into our boat. Definitely book through this company again.
