All artworks are beautiful. The ambience of the museum is wonderful. I will definitely come back again on winter.

No waiting lines. Not crowded. Prebooking not necessary.

The tickets not being issued immediately but within 2 hours is stress inducing when you are in the way to the venue. We did reduce them last minute just as we were about to enter.

The museum as a whole is really nice; however, the issue was with the guide. We had booked the tickets in addition to having a tour guide, but no one showed up. We were supposed to start the tour at 12 , yet we were late because we had to wait for someone to come, which consequently resulted in us being late for our folling appointments. The other issue was that no one had any information regarding our tour guide. 10 minutes past the tour's starting time, we had another guide who informed us that our guide couldn't make it. The replacement guide was nice and did his best to save the situation. But because we we're covering the place and information we had expected in addition we were running out of time we left our guide who was kind and caring enough to check what's the matter and started from the very beginning without any tour guide. We are surprised that no one apologised except the replacement tour guide who did all what he can to save the day.
