A little problem at the meeting point no Headour banner but was overcome Although we were given digital listening devices because U am slightly deaf found it difficult at times to understand guide. However. Both basilica and palace were extraordinary great experiance

The experience was great, although finding the meeting location was a bit of a challenge ...our guide was very good...spent a good deal of time explaining and answering questions. She was very knowledgeable and threw in lots of stories and theories and susperstitions about the legends. Both St Marks and Doges Palace were worth the tour!

Rebecca our tour guide was a passionate Venetian who loved her country and its history. Her knowledge about the palace and st marks was excellent , but she was also very charming offering anecdotes about life in Venice - and somehow she managed to engage my entire family in the tour (hard to do as 2 are teens!)

The prison tour and the arsenal room was a great part of the tour but the best part was the biblical mosaics in the church, just amazing. The tour helped point out details that could have otherwise been missed.

THE HEADPHONES DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND NO REPLACEMENTS WERE PROVIDED. THE GUIDE'S STRONG ITALIAN ACCENT FOR A TOUR IN FRENCH WAS PROBLEMATIC, AND SEVERAL PARTICIPANTS REGRETTED IT.

We devoted almost an hour to get into the Doge's House, another half hour to use the toilets. The tour was interesting but we felt we could have used more time and get more information at the Basílica. Needs improving.
