Shared Water Taxi Transfers: Venice Marco Polo Airport to/from Venice City

The cab boat was on time at the right place. The whole trip was very nice along the canals leaving Venice. The only thing to comment is that there were passengers who were picked up at very inaccessible docks, having to pass suitcases and them inside another parked boat. I do not recommend it for people who are not agile.

The driver arrived EARLY and got us to the airport on time and was extremely pleasant. Instructions on how to find the water taxi were clear and as predicted. Great communication.

Very good welcome, just a little difficult to find the boat as we didn't see the ticket office in the airport. Otherwise, the journey was very quick, the drivers were very nice and even accompanied us on foot to the hostel.

Punctuality of the boat at the rendezvous point (4.10 a.m.! to get to the airport) and friendliness of the driver. I appreciated being called by Headout and receiving an e-mail 12 hours beforehand with information on the place and time of the rendezvous. This enabled me to go out and reconnoiter during the day to find the meeting place on one of Venice's canals.

Airport desk efficient, but location of desk had changed which delayed us a bit but the taxi wated and all was well.Efficient, safe helpful driver.The map given so that we could find our hotel easily was much appreciated. Return journey. Advice beforehand to the hotel made meeting the taxi easy.It was on time , very warm, with a polite and helpful driver.

We booked (granted was only the day before) and received a confirmation but with no information on time or place to meet. I messaged the company to ask for that info and was told they will let us know 3 hours before the flight which I found quite stressful because I would have liked to be on my way by then..I ended up so stressed the next day waiting for a message then as it reached 3 hours I got a watsapp message saying the driver is about to leave and we have 5 minutes to get to him so ended up having to run down the streets of Venice trying to make it before he left.

I bought this boat taxi option thinking it would be a quicker experience from the airport to Venice, rather than the boat bus. Between waiting to be told that the driver was ready to waiting by the pier to board the boat taxi, it took about an hour. The actually boat journey was quick and comfortable. But in future I'll rather pay three times less than what I paid and take the boat bus that will probably take the same time and leave more frequently.

Very easy going and efficient. The only difficulty is to find the desk at the 1st floor !! Which is not so difficult😃😃 Thank you captain for the nice cruise

Upon arrival we were contacted by telephonewhere we should go and a nice lady accomponied is to the Warner Taxis . Very personal Service

Water taxi was much more comfortable than the water bus. Driver helped with bags and was professional. Easy transfer from dock into airport.

The Shared Water Taxi trip was good. The driver was courteous and helpful: very good. The problem I had, which was stressful, was the total lack of communication. - The initial email that my Taxi was booked said that I would receive another email with the exact time and location for pickup. I never received any followup communication (email or text) with specifics. So I wasn't sure when to be at the dock. - The phone numbers provided for the Taxi service didn't work on WhatsApp, so I was unable to contact the Taxi service. - No one from Headout or the Taxi service responded to my questions via email. - So I was in blackout mode, not knowing if, or when, the Taxi would arrive. I thought I had been scammed and would have to make other arrangements to get to the airport. - I was able to get time / location confirmation from the Hotel staff where I had proposed pickup. we booked an airport transfer from san Marco to Marco Polo Airport via website. Two hours later wereceived an email with instruction and the meeting point. Second mail a few hours later with the departure time. At departure time a charming young lady called our name, led us to the waiting water taxi and after picking up to more guests atanother hotel, we went straight to the airport. Very smooth, very nice! Excellent experience. Strongly recommended!

The taxi called at st angelo which required a ticket to enter. In trying to get under the gate to reach the taxi I fell and hurt my leg. In addition the taxi was re-scheduled from 7 am to 6.20, which was too early for a 9.55 flight.

We never recieved confirmation email, after several requests. Finally we called on the day of pickip only to be told the email went to the hotel we were being pickedup at. Raced to the dock and just barely caught our boat.

When I booked the ticket I was concerned regarding how convenient the pickup location and time would be. But as promised, they contacted me by phone the next day and the location and time couldn't have been better. According to the receipt, I was going to have to provide a printed receipt and I was quite concerned about that but I was told on the phone that I didn't need to (her English was perfect btw). The driver came on time and the trip was awesome and quite convenient.

It all clicked together the airport staff was helpful and wheeled my husband to the dock. Another passenger helped him into the boat as did the driver. Our plane was an hour late and I was relieved that the office was open I and available

The staff in the Hilton office was incredibly helpful Everything else was smooth Please tell passengers that their ticket will be collected at the end I caused a delay
