The means of transportation (bus, Vapiretto) were very reliable and punctual. However, 15 euros per day and person for a day ticket is too high a price.

Very simple to redeem tickets. Go to the machine by the vaporeto station, enter the code given when you buy the tix and the passes are redeemed. Second time we use them with no problem. Great.

Hello, too many long waits at the poorly organized vaporettos.
Concerning the return trip with ATVO, if the ticket inspector had looked at our ticket he would have noticed that we were on the wrong bus. Instead of taking the bus to San Marco airport, we went to Treviso and missed our plane.

Registration for several people is easier than a single registration per person.
You just need to know where to find a machine to print out the tickets.
The description of how to obtain the cards is a little poor. You only know how to do it once you've done it before.

Very good way to get around. You just need to look at the drop offs and see which way your water bus should be going to get you there sooner. Ask person when you get on if in doubt. Bus 1 stops at most stops and bus2 is more of expressway with less stops.

The tickets were easy to purchase and print at a kiosk. Using the water taxi is efficient and fun. Cruising through the grand canal is very scenic. Appreciate using Headout to purchase in advance!

We ordered Vaporetto 7 days online and received the code. At the ticket machine at the Canale Grande we entered the code on the screen and received both tickets immediately. Negative: because of the sun and the screen was too deep, it was not possible to get on and off.
