It was a beautiful experience. The illuminated Parliament is spectacular. On the boat, unfortunately, there was not all the free space on the open-air roof, only half of it, so not everyone could look out over the river or take pictures without the presence of other people. However, the monuments could still be seen well

It says tour with audio guide but none of us had that. It is a tour of the Danube in a closed boat designed for you to sit and consume drinks and food during it, if you want to enjoy the panoramic views of the city you have to be turned all the time as the seats are not facing the views but backwards. I do not recommend it at all if you are looking for a guided tour to get to know the city.

I hadn't understood that the audioguide had to be downloaded onto your own device, and that headphones were therefore a prerequisite. Even though I reread the confirmation email, this information was not made sufficiently clear. The proof is that I saw hardly any other passengers listening to the audioguide.
Listening to it afterwards, the content is interesting.

Beautiful cruise on the Danube taken at 7 p.m. on March 8 when it was already dark so you could see the illuminations of the major sites in Budapest, from Freedom Bridge to the Parliament. Great atmosphere xbecause the lights off give way to photograph the sites without the reflections. Great bar on board for a drink

The route and the boat are very good, but we were not informed that we had to download the audio guide to be able to listen. We had prepared the headphones to be able to do the audio guide but we did not see a way to get it. When we left we were told that the QR for the download was outside before the entrance ramp to the port. I think some signage with the audio guide instructions on the ship or on the same drink cards that are handed out upon entry would be helpful.

Unique experience, super impressive to be in the river and pass by the most emblematic buildings of the city, at first we thought we could not go up to the top area but if you can, you had to cross the bathing area and go outside, it was very cold so you have to go very warm especially if you go at this time.

The audio guide is not worth much, it gives you information but it is not very interesting. I highly recommend you to get out of the boat and go up to the top, you can see everything much more beautiful and the feeling of going under a bridge enhances the experience. Inside it is comfortable and warm with the heating, but really take advantage of the experience to go outside for a while. The night schedule is incredible, so you can see all the monuments illuminated.

This app offered pretty good prices compared to other apps, my problem was that I got confused about the day I thought I had the tickets and I lost 15 tickets, as a suggestion they could send a notification reminding me of the reservation made.

I really enjoyed the tour that the cruise takes and appreciated being able to see the monuments from a new perspective. Only thing we couldn't take advantage of the audio guide we paid for because there was no qr code on it and when we tried the site it didn't work.

The boat used for the cruise was on two floors and both were enclosed by windows (with the possibility of opening them but still uncomfortable)
