Water Bus Transfers: Marco Polo Airport to/from Venice City

Everything went smoothly. The route was well signposted at the airport with 'Water Transport', exchanging the voucher for tickets was easy and I was able to board the bus immediately. The trip into the lagoon went straight to St. Mark's Square. There is no better way to start your trip to Venice. Everyone was polite and very friendly.

The transfers to and from Marco Polo airport and Venice were great and the information regarding the voucher and ticket exchange were very clear, although I wasn't sure that I had downloaded the correct voucher, as it was totally different to the 2 day water bus voucher in format, I needn't have worried, everything went smoothly.

I love seeing sights along the way!! I also prefer being outside so riding on the back of the waterbus in the sunshine makes me happy! Bring a hat!! Grazie! Ciao!

Timing was spot on. The trip to and from was very enjoyable and very relaxing. The staff were friendly would definitely recommend to people it's a great way to travel into Venice itself.

The views from the boat are always great ... hitch with the ticket: you have to go to a specific ticket office and it's not available on the return phone, then it's difficult to get through the boat access barrier (not recognized) but it's a good deal on the way out.

Booking from home is great, the terminal at the airport is also very easy to find. The points of interest could be easier to find with a small city map. This applies to Venice Island, but especially to Murano, the station was difficult to find....(please attach map)

Cost effective and a nice way to reach your destination

The Best way to end your trip in Venice. Everything was good with the tickets.

The person at the top terminal was friendly, she attended us in Spanish and explained everything very well. The trip was pleasant and the staff was very attentive, I went with my elderly mother and very well. We took line 1, the blue one, it makes many stops, she wanted the orange one but the man at the counter told her that it didn't work until April, but once there it did work....

The water taxi was on time and staff friendly and helpful. When booking on line .A barcode with an on-line ticket would be preferable to a ticket voucher.

Everything was perfect, with very little waiting, and the drop-off was just 5 minutes from the hotel. Great for arriving in Venice and enjoying the view and the sublime Venetian buildings.

the platform hadn't updated the tickets, so it was difficult to access them, and they had to call to confirm the reservation number. the platform hadn't sent the ticket in digital format, so we lost a shuttle and had to wait 35 minutes longer for the next one. in the end, it wasn't a good idea to buy the tickets via your website; it would have been better and quicker at the ticket office.
