Water Bus Transfers: Marco Polo Airport to/from Venice City

Ability to get the ticket online is fantastic! However, it would have been even better to get a online ticket directly, rather than a voucher that needed to be exchanged, since only few places in Venice allow for this exchange. In any case the staff was very helfpul!

A very pleasant and comfortable means of transport for the shuttle between the airport and a station close to the apartment we rented.

Very easy way to transfer Venice. Maybe it would be better to announce every station by the microphone when we arrive there

Tha Aliguna Venice airport transfer was very easy and the staff in the Alilaguna office we're very helpful. The ACTV ticket was a bit different. The staff in the ACTV office in Marco.San Zaccaria weren't so friendly and just directed me to the payment machines. Please note, there is no need to type the transaction code. The machine quite easily read the QR code. No reflection on you. I would happily use your company again.

Was easy to book tickets at home (Sydney) before leaving. Instructions simple and clear. Off plane, easy to find office to convert printed off pre book into actual tickets, finding correct line easy (three different coloured lines, depending of get off points- we were Orange, for Rialto). Help getting bag on water ferry ( we're old!, otherwise easy). Just missed a ferry but wait not long. Easy alight at Rialto. And good price compared to others and easier/quicker than bus to bus station and then to find vaporetto station.

Bought Ali laguna tickets on my phone only to find that I then had to go to St Marks square stop to collect paper tickets. An online ticket was not issued that could be used on a phone. We had to make an unecessary trip from San Stae to St Marks to collect tickets. Luckily I had bought tickets in advance so we had time to do this.

The water taxi itself was brilliant.Fast and easy.The boat left on time and the staff were very good.The only downfall was before i booked online,it didn't say that I would have to collect the tickets from a ticket office.I presumed I would be sent a QR code to use.I could have just got the tickets myself from the machine and saved €2.

Efficient, on time, easy to buy tickets. Next development should be to install on-live tickets. One ticket we bought for 24 hours, 2 tickets for 25 euro each, only worked one (1) trip. 🙄

Just needed clearer instructions as when you first arrive you have no ideas where to go or that there are different routes

Great transfer with the water bus from Alilaguna, easy to find at the airport! Printing out the pre-booked ATCV tickets at the normal ticket machine also worked great!

Excellent service between Giglio and Marco Polo airport. Great value for money. Reliable. Easy. Comfortable. Git me to the airport in plenty of time and was stress free. A great experience.

The previous order with fast ticket issue on site or at ticket machines went excellently and the reduction for online payment was good.

Elena was avery funy Guid and the tour with her was very interessting. Just the thing with the Tickets where to pick them up was not clear .

Unfortunately, my ticket for the boat bus was not available online (as described, but I only read it after booking). You save money if you buy the ticket in good time at the places where the booking has to be converted into a ticket.

Boat operators waited for me as it was an airport shuttle even repositioned the boat while I was buying tickets at the machine and told me it was ok when I couldnt print a physical ticket. It was so nice and helped my stress levels as I have a non-visible disability-Thank you so much.

Picked up our tickets easily and had a short walk, later to the stop for the boat. Great to get the bus all the way to the airport, very novel way of travelling. Helpful and funny staff. Would definitely recommend

The transport vouchers are ideal, both in terms of routes and timetables, and very easy to exchange for tickets for each type of transport.
