With the "share round trip" option, you will have to hurry to see everything. It would be great if they offered 30 minutes or even 1 hour more.

Well maintained and nature friendly atmosphere with animals. With music and showing water with fans on each and every assembly point to see animals keeps everyone hydarated. A must watch place to visit in Dubai and to spend a full day tour is worth the money spend. But waiting a big queue for explorer safari session for more than 30-40 minutes is the only issue. Rest all a big thumbs up👍

We loved the experience . This was our 4 th visit to the park . Our family favorites were chimpanzee, Black bear Monkey We also loved the little waterfall within the park and the open green grass for relaxing . Visiting the park on new year day has become our family tradition !!

It was great experience ,as i reach late and it was big que at the tickets point, so we avoid all that line and enjoyed the time remain , plus all busse access and the best thing is the explorer safari buss !

Loved the Arabian desert ride your staff was really knowledgeable about the animals was amazing to see all animals will be letting friends and family to come and visit if they ever come to Dubai

Amazing park with lots of wild animals and birds. Kids loved it and arrangement was amazing, hassle free. Delighted with the overall time spent.

My ticket included a 35 and 15-minute safari tour, three live events and animal feeding. However, there was no information provided about the long queues or the end times for the live shows. We arrived at 2:30 PM, but by the time we queued for the taxi to the first tour, waited for the 35-minute safari, completed the tour, had lunch, and queued again for the taxi to the 15-minute safari, the animals were already being put away, and there was no animal feeding. It would have been helpful if the website provided clear information on timings, locations of live shows, and schedules to allow for better planning.

Everywhere in the zoo very good facilities are available. We visited all encounters and villages in the zoo and not feel tired at all. The food inside was soo tasty and affordable. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The instructions are very clear. We love the visit.

I bought the general entrance tickets which stated transportation included then a came to know that its not had to pay extra for transportation, it should be more clear

The park is very beautiful and interesting, well organized. Bathrooms always clean despite the large crowds. Systems that vaporize water to help people stay out of the heat are present on almost every trail.

overall experience was good, we enjoyed all Safari adventures and were thrilled to see exotic animals at close distance in Safari Explorer.The Safari staff is well trained and helpful.

After purchasing the ticket the start time was incorrect. We have arrived at 9 am as it was stated in the ticket, however had to wait for an hour for the park to be opened. 30 minutes were spent at the first entrance and there were no sitting areas nothing.

Booking online was easy, the reception was very good and it wasn't difficult finding our way. It would have been excellent if there was a briefing on the best route to take. We had to figure out ourselves where to start and which route to take

A must visit Buy from headout it is really easy, no need to get into line Entry by bar code, I would say to plan your visit as park is very big you will need to see entire park. Worth to see at least once.

I found that birds area is the best, because of the friendly nature of the birds inside and the direct interaction with them, that what the facility allow is to do and I appreciate that.

It's okay, the tickets work. The price is better than anywhere else. I paid online with a Belarusian Priorbank card. Thanks for the special offer.
