Pompeii Tickets

There is no point in booking online and then having to wait in line anyway and finding out on top of that that if I had made the ticket there I would have paid less. By the way, I paid 2.9€ for the child who normally gets in for free.

Crowded, a long wait to retrieve the vouchers, but of course, totally worth it! Five hrs total covering the most important highlights.

The place was spectacular, the attention in the agency was great, the autoguide lacked headphones to be complete, more than recommended this excursion.

The entrance to Herculaneum was agile and the two archaeological sites have a lot of interest. The entrance to Pompeia was slow, as there was a long queue, which is not understandable if we had to buy online in advance. It was a pity that some parts of Pompeia were closed to the public.

The convenience of parking in the area was great, the archaeological park really exciting and full of history, and the experience with the app was fully satisfactory .

Detailed information . However, the audio guide system did not work properly, but this has to do with the equipment there, not your fault. We were not able to hear half of the information administered!

Pompei is very pretty, but Herculaneum is really worth the detour. Well, both during the day is a bit sporty, especially in winter, as they close at 5:00 pm. To get from Pompei to Herculaneum, take the train, as it's impossible to park in Herculaneum.

To have the peace of mind of having a secure ticket. It would have been perfect if I had not had to go to the ticket office to change it.

Only selected items were recorded. Some numbers were listed (on white boards) as accessible via audio guide but then the guide said "Not known". This was really a bad experience.

Going in December is perfect. Much less crowded. Showing the work of restoring villas is excellent.

Good and not great because not all marked places were well marked on site and many were inaccessible because they were closed. Also not marked was the house of the lupanare. Too bad because particular in Roman life. Good the gps very useful. Sorry that the explanations given lack anecdotes.

The ticket, bought in advance through Headout, not only did not allow us to pass in front of others, but we acquired it by standing in line at the ticket office, and if we had bought it there it would have cost less. Fortunately, there were not so many people, and Pompeii's excavations are outstanding....

I entered quickly and the place is very moving. I toured it on my own and it was inevitable to be shocked to imagine what life and society would be like at that time.

Pompeii is huge, it is a wonderful place, full of history, to visit it 100 percent you need at least 1 full day, a place not to be missed if you visit Italy.

It's great to be able to buy both tickets at the same time, because you save time and money. I loved the two archaeological parks, both Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Pompeii is wonderful, with the reservation no problem but at the ticket office the entrance is cheaper than hiring with you.

Having studied the subject a priori and seeing it in reality was an intense experience, the ancient roadway with carriage marks, the spaces of the house where you can recognize the structure of the Roman domus, recognize kitchens and bakeries ... and the bodies in their last postures. An unforgettable experience!

A very nice experience. At your own pace, during the low season when there are few visitors. Highly recommended.

Amazing place, incredible to see the buildings and the art. Be prepared for walking. Not much point going without an audioguide or a real guide unless you know it very well
