The experience is worthy of having had it, simply as help for others, I have to say that the audio guide terminal should be positioned in real time to be able to guide you at all times, which does not happen.

Everything went smoothly. I would have preferred entrance to Pompeii without waiting in line as in Herculaneum. The entrance to Pompeii does not include the Villa of the Mysteries, you have to buy it at the ticket office and visit before 3 o'clock.

Ticket was ok so far, but if I had bought the ticket on site, I would have been in faster. When I confirmed my booking, I was told that this was a voucher that I had to exchange for a ticket in the ticket office. At the ticket office, I was told that I could go straight to the entrance with my voucher. Long queue..... then they tell me that I have to exchange the voucher at the ticket office. At some point I was told that I had to join the queue for "online tickets" at the entrance to get a real ticket. Half an hour waiting time. In the end it took 1 hour until I was inside. Next time I'll buy a ticket directly at the ticket office, which is much quicker as most people book online.

An audio-guide saleswoman misdirected us when it came to renting her equipment, and we had to wait quite a long time for our tickets, but it was a good experience and a good visit.

Everything worked perfectly. Except the wait in front of the audio guide station. Long waiting time, be sure to book Ticket Plus. The villa district is really beautiful.

I asked if I needed to buy a ticket for people with disabilities. They said YES in the chat, but in fact I did NOT need to, so I spent twice as much as I should have.

Buying the tickets was very easy. The entrance to Pompeii is disorganized, with no precise indication of which ticket office you need to go to in order to validate your ticket. As there are a large number of people getting off the train on arrival, it gets complicated

The visit to Pompeii was a wonderful experience. We took the train from Naples. Very cheap 12 euros for 2 people return. On site, however, we had to walk a long way. We weren't quite sure where the entrance was for us. There is supposed to be a shuttle bus to the station, but we didn't bother looking for it. At the ticket office, it was initially unclear where we had to queue. I think it would be great if the signage was a bit better, then you would get lost less. The visit to the ruins was great and well accompanied by an audio guide.

Ticketing was good. Screen a bit difficult to see in the sun and location indicator didn't work. Maybe better with headphones to hear explanation. Possibly next time would choose a guide to accompany

Visiting Pompeii was a fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly, though, as expected, it was quite crowded with tourists. However, the journey from Naples was memorable – the train ride was made special by an accordionist playing traditional Italian music, and the passengers clapping along. I’m not sure if this happens all the time, but it added a lovely touch to the trip. Naples itself is vibrant, with delicious food and plenty to see. Pompeii is a treasure trove of history, offering stunning sights perfect for photos and an incredible opportunity to learn about the past. Highly recommended!

The tickets I bought are not tickets but vouchers and I still had to wait in line with everyone who needed to buy tickets as well which added at least another 30 minutes before we were be able to enter.

Although it was clearly stated on the voucher that I had to pick up the real tickets locally, there was no line provided to pick up tickets purchased online. At the venue it was also not clear in which row we should be. In the end we had to do the same queue as people who bought their tickets locally. The ticket was slightly cheaper, but it did not offer faster access resulting in a 1h15 wait.

They should make it clearer that you have to go to the booth, not stand in line for tickets. Your worker gave us cell phones but didn't give us tickets and someone told us to stand in line at the ticket booths,....
