The palace I found it wonderful just as I remembered it, the pardo definitely improved and enhanced is wonderful, the only thing if I were you I would call someone to have the fish in the tanks taken care of because it's not nice to see you sick and it's not just my thought but of many visitors that while I was taking pictures I could hear them talking.

It is a castle of impressive size and grandiose furnishings from the end of the 18th century/beginning of the 19th century. The main building is in very good structural condition. The cascade with its water basins and sculptures is magnificent and set in a beautiful park. Very easy to reach from the train station. It is a pity that the side wings of the castle are also somewhat dilapidated and the station forecourt and the surrounding area exude the much-loved ramshackle Italian charm.

I had a great time! I needed to request a refund for a problem, they resolved with a credit for me to use later. The app works, the audio guide should be augmented with more information. I had read negative reviews and was concerned, but as far as I am concerned no scam. The Royal Palace of Caserta is beautiful and it was an unforgettable experience!

The palace is beautiful and there is a lot to see in it but the staff is indifferent to visitors and even behave in an unpleasant manner. We had problems with the Audio Guide as I bought two tickets and it would not allow me to share it and the staff told me they could not help me. There is not enough signage and it is not clear at what time each part of the palace closes in order to visit in the correct order and not miss anything. The young lady staffing the bookstore was very upset because when we asked her about some prices we interrupted her reading.
