Empire State Building: Skip-the-Line Tickets

It all went very smoothly and everyone was super friendly. The last line to the topdeck was 15 min wich is acceptable with that amount of people but the option to use the stairs was very good.

The visit was great, the only reason I didn't select "Awesome" for a rating is that I purchased the skip-the-line tickets and there were no lines to skip so I didn't really need to spend the extra money on the enhanced tickets. I'm assuming people cancelled their plans to visit because of some weather earlier in the day which was great for us, it felt almost as if we had the place to ourselves.

Very nice view from up there, you have to see it! It was a wonderful experience.

It is my good experience, but the most of security men pointed out that the Headout's mail didn't show EXPRESS. I was almost kicked out from the EXPRESS line if the manager had not come to me. Otherwise, it is great!!

If you go to the Empire State Building and buy the fast pass. The staff will make you fill like royalty. Ms.Renita E, sung Happy Birthday to my boyfriend for his birthday today!! She was absolutely stellar and made our weekend. She is a treasure to the building.

Lines were long and we paid to bypass them. App was easy to use. Staff at the Empire State Building was great. $ well spent!

Skip the line was amazing as we were able to get to different places in the building quickly. The observation deck was beautiful. Thank you!

Loved the literal red carpet treatment where we didn't have to wait in the longer lines. Most of the attendants at the Empire State Building were also very kind and that was really nice

We did not always find the red carpet that we had paid for, and therefore ended up qeueing with the crowd at some occasions and felt like the money was waisted.

Arrived as requested 15 mins prior to entry only to be told return on time of entry and to then join a very long line!!! Why pay for skip the line? Everybody in the line was asking the very same question with no reply from the support team. Otherwise the visit was excellant! Great assistance throughtout once inside the venue plus great views at the top! Only disappoitment was the skip the line not actually being skip the line!

The building is beautiful. The view is spectacular. That's all I can say. I honestly don't know what I was expecting, but for some reason, the experience was disappointing.

I was under the impression that the audio was on a head set. It would be very hard to hear anything just from my phone since there are so many people touring as well and it isn't quite when inside. The experience itself was ok. The views of the city were great!

Love the info on all the structures from the beginning to the end of the Empire State Building.. love the view from the 80th and 86th floor
