Prague Castle Tickets

Prague is beautiful and very rich is history and culture. Lots to do and see. Easy to get around. Me and my girlfriend loved the castle 🏰 the area too, an amazing day out, very historical, very nice fun tour guide before you go into the castle 🏰 This is a must see day out.

It was really amazing and the generous lady who was our guide extremely well behaved and friendly. They were exactly on time in venue! Highly recommended!!

A beautiful visit to the cathedral and the royal palace . One negative note was the cold inside the cathedral as well as having to stand in line for a long time to get in. The staff who gave us the tickets were very kind and helpful in acelecting the route to follow.

The whole tour was interesting and Veronika gave an excellent commentary and guided us to all of the places of interest even though some of them were closing early due to Christmas. On the other hand, the organisers need to look at how they plan the activities. There were 2 people trying to hand out well over 200 tickets and check each booking off their list, then divide up the groups based on language. It would make more sense to set a different meeting point for each language group to streamline the logistics. We were delayed by at least half an hour which meant we had to rush to get into some of the sites.

Ross was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable and personable. I learned a lot of history that I would not have if I had just walked around by myself.

Everything was fine. We bought the tickets online, so as not to queue, which in December is very large. They were tickets without guide, even so when we came to get the tickets we were given a little speech about the history of the cathedral. The experience was very positive.

Easy to book tickets and meet guide. Detailed introduction at the start with overview of sections. Great variety of sites - cathedral, government halls, houses, medieval armour and prison. Thanks

Absolutely loved the tour! Misha and Steve were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They really made the day! It was a phenomenal experience made even better by outstanding people. Couldn't fault the tour or the guides. Only downside was we missed the start of a tour by a few minutes as we got lost and there was no way to contact the tour guide directly. We got onto support and asked about this. This wasn't possible. We wanted to join the tour at a later stage. We were told we couldn't do this. We asked support to contact the tour guide to let them know and this also was not possible. As a last resort we asked for a refund as it seemed it wasn't possible to go on the tour. This also wasn't allowed. So in short, the support was non existent. In the end, we were contacted by phone and informed that it would be no issue to join the tour later on. We of course were delighted as we were so excited to go on the tour of Prague castle and its surroundings. However, myself and my partner were so confused as to why this wasn't resolved sooner and without any of the hassle. Apart from this initial confusion we had a brilliant day and loved every second of the tour.

We loved the visit to the Prague Castle complex. It was brilliant to book the ticket in advance then just meet in the (vast) courtyard at the time. We even got a brief introduction from one of the spirited (even in October) and deeply knowledgeable guides. Thank you!

The introduction of the whole tour was amazing! The tour guide was on point and knowledgeable! The total overall experience of Prague Castle brought us back to the olden days. Definitely a must try!

No confusion, everything was as described. Hannah was a wonderful guide. Her personal touches enhanced the connection with the history. Great pace allowed for photos and soaking in the meaning of each space and stop along the tour. The tour kept moving so I never felt as though I was held back or that it catered to a crawling pace.

really good guide to explain. i really liked the whole thing (san vito cathedral,ancient royal palace and much more). this visit i recommend it!

The tour guide, Ross, was great. Very knowledgable and gave great insights into Czech history along with facts about the castle and surroundings.

Buying tickets was easy but there needs to be more information stating that the time selected is the latest time of arrival before the purchase is complete. You should then be able to select a different time/date if you want. The orientation talk was quite useful. The guides at the redemption point were really helpful and polite. Prague Castle is pretty special and having access to the four main areas enhanced the whole place.

The Prague Castle was very interesting and St. Vitus Cathedral was beautiful. My tour guide was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the castle and the country.

What an amazing site to experience in such a beautiful setting. Learning about such a rich history and seeing how royalty, and prisoners, lived is something to behold.

The attraction was amazing the guide Steve (Canadian) gave up a 15 min briefing at the start of the tour and this was fantastic! Gave you depth of knowledge of what you were touring at the castle

Ticket experience was excellent! It was extremely hot on the day we went but what an incredible sight! We never really figured out the listening tour part but that is also because we rushed through due to heat. I recommend if you go in summer, take a small fan! If we ever get back we would definitely go again!
