Prague Castle Entry Tickets with Optional Mobile Guide

The instructions on where to meet were fairly clear, the blue and white umbrellas helped quite a bit. Steve did a very good job of introducing the castle and some of his history and how we should go about visiting.

I forgot the name of the guide but he did a great job of explaining the background of the castle and of Prague overall; it was very helpful

It was super interesting, the online tour was good, too bad it was recorded with AI. It's also a shame that you can't read the text for a few more days to help you remember things.

We were looked after well the moment we arrived at the office. Our guide accompanied us in the car on the drive to the castle and gave us some information about the places we were driving past and history. He walked us into the castle grounds where during our orientation he was very informative regarding the history of the sections of the castle and what to look out for as we walked around. His suggestions for approx tunes in each of the four areas was also helpful. All in all well worth it. Thank you and I highly recommend this company!!

Nice place but a maximum number of people per day or per hour should be introduced. Course not pleasant, too many people.

Everything was very easy and they did what they said they would. We bought online, found the representative quickly, he explained everything, provided the audio guide and the experience was very good.

uncomplicated, the ticket can be obtained in the castle courtyard from the "man with the blue and white umbrella", the audio guide can be downloaded onto your cell phone.

The tour is magnificent. There's a lot to discover. On the other hand, the booking system is unclear, and you don't really know who to contact, or why there's a compulsory timetable when the ticket is valid for 2 days. The pseudo-guidance system with downloadable audiophone is obscure, the content is minimalist and incomplete, and the menu anything but practical! The order of the commentary does not correspond to the order of the visit. What's more, despite a hefty price tag (€34), you don't have access to the entire site.

The castle is interesting, especially the "Golden Lane". Once we understood the principle and discovered "our guides" with the white and blue umbrellas, everything went very smoothly.

Ticket collection was well organized. Clear meeting point. Short introduction in German was also helpful. Overall recommendable The audio guide was not so good. Texts from the AI? Seemed very artificial and the voice was annoying. Next time we would buy the official guide

The experience was great. The mobile audio guide was very poor, the reception was not good and the cell phone was simply unsuitable as an audio guide.

The Headout team was onsite at the right time and was very supportive in explaining to us some facts about the Castle. What I don't like is that they didn't tell us the guide wasn't the official one that you can get at the castle so they don't think that not all tourists don't have enough roaming data or battery to do it from their cellphones.

Never did figure out how to access the optional verbal guide, but, we were familiar with some areas from a previous tour. Blue umbrella guy showed up only 5 minutes early, but, instructions were adequate to let us wind our way through the sites..

The guide's welcome was perfect. It should be mentioned that the contact point is located inside the castle grounds, but that we can access it without tickets... We tried to obtain our tickets via the App, but to no avail... Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Though we were 20 min llate to go to the meeting point, the staff responded to our WhatsApp message promptly and waited for us.

The very knowledgeable guide pointed out the most interesting things to visit , passionately recounting some anecdotes. The organization was precise and punctual and the Castle was a pleasant and varied place to visit

We enjoyed touring Prague Castle and purchasing the tickets was easy. The Headout app never really worked for me so I just showed my receipt and was able to get our tickets once we arrived. Skip the line means the ticket line - not the line to enter St Vitus Cathedral. The man giving us instructions (from Vancouver BC) prior to the tour was fantastic - lots of info in a concise manner and with lots of wit.

The cathedral is magnificent. La ruelle d'or, there's little point in visiting this narrow and crowded area and it's difficult to get around. We had taken a tour with a French audio guide, but the voice is really not great, an artificial translation, and some numbers did not correspond, which we finally did not listen entirely. The overall tour was very good

The guide was great and very knowledgeable. He gave a great and informative introduction to the Castle. Thank you very much.

Our own fault that we did not read the instruction properly, but we had a hard time finding the guy with the blue and white umbrella, especially as it was raining and there were umbrellas everywhere. We were not really aware that we had not bought tickets from the castle itself, but from a provider.
