Dry guide who is presented in perfect Spanish, expert and very patient with the group. Explanation extensive and clear clarifying questions and always somrient. Thank you very much

We had a very experienced guide who was humerous and well as knowledgable. We would have liked to have spent more time in the castle and cathedral. We had previously done an outer castle tour so there was a lot overlap particularly regarding the Charles Bridge and the outside of the castle which left us having a rushed visit inside before it closed. When booking it wasn't obvious that the two tours were conducted by the same company.

Our guide (Peter) was really knowledge and entertaining. The only problem was that the tour was rushed sure to the early winter closing of the castle. You should consider starting the tour 30 minutes earlier

Absolutely loved the tour! Misha and Steve were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They really made the day! It was a phenomenal experience made even better by outstanding people. Couldn't fault the tour or the guides. Only downside was we missed the start of a tour by a few minutes as we got lost and there was no way to contact the tour guide directly. We got onto support and asked about this. This wasn't possible. We wanted to join the tour at a later stage. We were told we couldn't do this. We asked support to contact the tour guide to let them know and this also was not possible. As a last resort we asked for a refund as it seemed it wasn't possible to go on the tour. This also wasn't allowed. So in short, the support was non existent. In the end, we were contacted by phone and informed that it would be no issue to join the tour later on. We of course were delighted as we were so excited to go on the tour of Prague castle and its surroundings. However, myself and my partner were so confused as to why this wasn't resolved sooner and without any of the hassle. Apart from this initial confusion we had a brilliant day and loved every second of the tour.

The tour was great. David's knowledge was excellent and very well delivered. The meet point was exactly as described and everything was on time. There is a lot of walking but it is well worth it. Please also be aware, the tour ends at the caste and we had to make our own way back into the city.

A very clear tour guide, he took us not only to see the castle but also to the lesser-visited surrounding areas explaining history and current events and activities we could do and visit in that lesser-known area!

The German-speaking guide was great. Lots of information and questions were answered professionally. A really entertaining tour of Prague Castle. As the meeting point was at Karlstor, we were also given information about the bridge on the way to the castle. It was also good that the group was small so that everyone was able to follow the explanations. Once again, many thanks to our guide.

Well-organized field trip, visiting some of the interior of the Castle and the most beautiful parts of the outer area; of particular interest: St. Vitus Cathedral and a visit to the Golden Alley. Knowledgeable and welcoming guide.

I was traveling solo and I'm glad I decided to do this tour. Our guide Rostislav was incredible! Super knowledgeable and accommodating. I got to see and learn a lot in 2.5 hours. I can't imagine doing this on your own since the place is huge and you can easily get lost

Even that we could not visit the palace was not a problem, because the alternative program was so interesting that we would not even have noticed that something was missing! The guide was very good and explained everything in a pleasant way. The tour was very well organized. We didn't have to wait long to see St. Vitus Cathedral and she gave us very practical indications of places to eat, streetcars, etc.
