Prague Castle Guided Tour

Our guide Vojta Durt was spectacular both in her knowledge of history and in her presentation. She kept everyone interested and introduced us to things about Prague that we didn't know in a nice and engaging way. I highly recommend and wish you the same guide again!

Our guide was very friendly and attentive to the group at all times. She made the tour very enjoyable and gave us clear and interesting information. We loved the visit and her recommendations of what to see and where to eat in Prague. Totally recommended.

The whole tour was interesting and Veronika gave an excellent commentary and guided us to all of the places of interest even though some of them were closing early due to Christmas. On the other hand, the organisers need to look at how they plan the activities. There were 2 people trying to hand out well over 200 tickets and check each booking off their list, then divide up the groups based on language. It would make more sense to set a different meeting point for each language group to streamline the logistics. We were delayed by at least half an hour which meant we had to rush to get into some of the sites.

Ross was a great guide! He was very knowledgeable and personable. I learned a lot of history that I would not have if I had just walked around by myself.

Absolutely loved the tour! Misha and Steve were brilliant and couldn't do enough to make sure we had a great experience. Would highly recommend. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. They really made the day! It was a phenomenal experience made even better by outstanding people. Couldn't fault the tour or the guides. Only downside was we missed the start of a tour by a few minutes as we got lost and there was no way to contact the tour guide directly. We got onto support and asked about this. This wasn't possible. We wanted to join the tour at a later stage. We were told we couldn't do this. We asked support to contact the tour guide to let them know and this also was not possible. As a last resort we asked for a refund as it seemed it wasn't possible to go on the tour. This also wasn't allowed. So in short, the support was non existent. In the end, we were contacted by phone and informed that it would be no issue to join the tour later on. We of course were delighted as we were so excited to go on the tour of Prague castle and its surroundings. However, myself and my partner were so confused as to why this wasn't resolved sooner and without any of the hassle. Apart from this initial confusion we had a brilliant day and loved every second of the tour.

The German-speaking guide was great. Lots of information and questions were answered professionally. A really entertaining tour of Prague Castle. As the meeting point was at Karlstor, we were also given information about the bridge on the way to the castle. It was also good that the group was small so that everyone was able to follow the explanations. Once again, many thanks to our guide.

Well-organized field trip, visiting some of the interior of the Castle and the most beautiful parts of the outer area; of particular interest: St. Vitus Cathedral and a visit to the Golden Alley. Knowledgeable and welcoming guide.

The guide was very good and explained everything in a pleasant way. The tour was very well organized. We didn't have to wait long to see St. Vitus Cathedral and she gave us very practical indications of places to eat, streetcars, etc.

No confusion, everything was as described. Hannah was a wonderful guide. Her personal touches enhanced the connection with the history. Great pace allowed for photos and soaking in the meaning of each space and stop along the tour. The tour kept moving so I never felt as though I was held back or that it catered to a crawling pace.

The tour guide, Ross, was great. Very knowledgable and gave great insights into Czech history along with facts about the castle and surroundings.

Martin, our guide in spanish, did a great work. He gave us relevant and interesting information. He also tried to avoid the queus as much as possible. In this sense, I think that there should be more controls or options to avoid the queues. Eskerrik asko!

Our guide's clear, precise explanations. His friendliness, his French, his advice and his professionalism. The beauty and excellent conservation and upkeep of the castle, cathedral and surrounding area in general. History in the head and in the eyes. An enriching experience not to be missed.

Hannah was extremely knowledgeable. We felt we were guided by an expert. We did other tours, and we did not feel the same about those. Her friendly, energetic, and disarming personality added even more to the experience. It goes without saying that everything the castle area has to offer is astounding!

Your guide was very very knowledgeable, she was awesome. She walked at a good pace for the kids. A lot of tours go super fast and kids struggle but she was at a great pace. We really enjoyed her tour.

It was an easy and convenient electronic ticketing experience. The experience finding guide was a little confusing, perhaps if they had a colour the same as your brand it would make more sense and simplify finding the guide. The guide was good, excellent historical knowledge, but a little difficult to understand at times as she was talking too quickly. I thought the price was not value for money when compared to other tours I've been on.
