1-Hour Day or Evening Vltava River Sightseeing Cruise with Optional Drinks

Very nice cruise, only a little disappointed to have had only one glass of prosecco. I chose the prosecco option and you're entitled to one glass, otherwise you have to pay extra (€4 a glass). You might as well take the option without it, and for the snack you get a packet of breadsticks. Otherwise very pretty, the staff are very friendly.

The boat was modern and clean, the waiting staff were efficient and polite. The view from the top deck is spectacular and the whole experience felt like it took exactly the right length of time.

Comfortable seating ,lovely to be able to order drinks from table. The views were beautiful.i especially enjoyed our cruise time around sunset as we started in daylight and ended with the city illuminated. Very enjoyable!

Clean, modern boat with 100% electric drive! Therefore quiet. For the boat trip on the Vltava we listened to the Vltava

Lovely, spacious, clean boat with a friendly staff. What i loved very much was the spoken commentary (in 3 different languages) about the beautiful buldings etc that we could see on both sides of the river. Most definitely recommend to everyone. I would probably try to book the 2hrs tour next time as would love to find out more about the beautiful building in Prague.

We booked the boat trip right after we arrived in Prague and were thrilled. We had a night cruise and the illuminated sights were explained in 3 languages. If you can enjoy the flair of this beautiful city, you will love this cruise. The crew were also very friendly and motivated.

Relaxed atmosphere. Very nice view of the old town of Prague. Interesting information about the historical buildings near the Vltava.

It was very straightforward and easy to book our one hour trip. I booked 8pm to 9pm knowing that sunset would be about 8:30pm. It was stunning and I got a chance to take a wonderful sunset. Highly recommend this activity. It was a great price with options to buy drinks on board. Very well organised too. Thank you.

The ticketing process was smooth and easy. The crew on the boat were very friendly and professional. The boat itself was modern and very quiet. The route is beautiful with lots of opportunities for great pictures.

The river cruise in Prague was a lovely relaxing experience. I could only book the one hours cruise to fit in with our travel plans but I would definitely like to do a two hour one when I go back to Prague. Staff were very helpful and friendly, booking was very easy.

Spacious boat and an audio comentary. But what I didn't like was the fact that I bought the ticket directrly from the seller, had to download an Headout app only to have vouchers, not actual ''tickets'' or QR code. What's the point of the app in that case? Got spilled some drinks on my foot because why not serve drinks on a rocking boat. No apologies but asked for a tip instead. The live comentary was a great way to actualy learn something but was not corresponding to the real time. Maybe work on that.

The staff on the boat were very nice and professional. The view of the castle at sunset was great. We were pleased with the German translation of the explanations.

I booked a one-hour cruise for 8 pm. The weather was unexpectedly cloudy and there was a high chance of storm ( we saw lightning in the distance). Therefore the sunset wasn't visible, the city lights were been switched on, so the lighting was not good. The sights that we saw were not interesting enough, the best place was the Charles bridge. The audio playing from the speakers was barely audible. There was only one women's toilet. Positives: The prosecco and snack was given to me as stated, the staff was nice and there were no problems during the cruise. All in all it was an interesting experience, seeing the sights of Prague from a new perspective. My choice of time was not good, which is not the fault of the organizer. The price was too high for me for this experience.

The boarding is not so easy to find, there is no kind of signage and Google maps was not helpful, however the tour went well even if you see few important monuments except the bridge which is very nice, you can have a drink served by the very courteous staff

We arrived 30 minutes early and boarded immediately as the departure times are 11:30 and 12:30, not 12:00. So impeccable. Drinks available for a fee, pleasant ride sheltered from the sun.

Nowhere did it say that we had to go to the ticket office to get our tickets. What's more, some people who had tickets without a specific time boarded, and we found ourselves without a seat for our scheduled time! Fortunately, we were able to change the date and take the cruise the next day, which went off without a hitch. But we regret the organization!

It was one of the most magical experience in Prague! The atmosphere, the night view of the city...Everything was amazing!!!

The boat was good, nice to have audio guide in so many different languages. Drinks were reasonably priced. What was the downside of our trip is that the departure was 15 min late, and the ride ended in 40 min, which is was off of planed 60 min.

I couldn't download the ticket because my smartphone wasn't working properly and the lady at the entrance got upset and asked for my name to check the reservation. I did get in. Another problem was that I ordered drinks and snack for me and my companion and when it was time to pay I was told that I had to pay in cash, not with card, so I did, but then I saw that another customer was charged with card.
