From Naples: Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius Day Trip

The entire experience was great! We were picked up by bus, got to see Pompeii and Vesuvius, got something good to eat along the way and were supported by our great guide Daniel and our busdriver. Daniel was lot's of fun and explained a lot of interesting historical and local facts to us about Neaples and our destinations. Thank you, I would definitly recommend it +1

Our visit to Pompei and Herkulaneum was truly amazing, as we had an incredible tour guide who turned out to be also a professional archaeologist. Michael made the trip interesting and fun. Our driver Pasquale got us perfectly on time back to Naples centre!

The driving was perfect. The guiding was fun and everything perfect apart from that the guide went forward at one time with only half of the group. Luckily it was possible to call one of those who left with her to find out where to go! What we didn't like is that the tour was advertised to start with a pick up at 7:30 but didn't start until 55 minutes later. We only got to know that the tour was to start at 8:30 when another group was picked up from the same company around 8:10. After waiting 40 minutes.

The guide to Pompeii was very tidious. Her english was not so good. Most of the time, she spoke on unimportant details. this made the tour in Pompeii very unplesent.

Excellent tour guide made it very entertaining while showing the most important parts of the sites. It was a great tour, well worth the money.

The service was great and the sites were out of this world. Highly recommended.

Giovanni was a great tour guide on the bus. Our lady in pompeii was AMAZING - maybe her name was Amy?

The guide Giovany was fab informative and accommodating... lunch could or should have been less & better / healthier

We could not hear the guide properly and it was really dificult to understand. This is because the bad audio quality of the device and the guide's way to speak. Moreover, due to a problem we could not go to the Vesubius. while it is understandable to cancel the climb we were offered two options. Both of them were not worth it. We would have liked to be offered a complete refund of the Vesubius experience and finished the tour there. We ended up the tour feeling like we were scammed because we paid 40E extra to go to the vesubius and we got a "panoramic views" from a place we had already went and the panoramic views were not even good. Really disaponted in the experience and we leave with the feeling that we have been scammed.

The guide was good (can't remember his name..maybe Micheal) he is also an archaeologist. His explanations and descriptions of the 2 sites are so thorough. Really enjoy the day. My only grief is that the meeting point. You shouldn't put as the main train station but in front of the Starhotel Terminus, across the street from the train station.

Our tour guide Rafaelo was wonderful, he made our visit a memorable experince. He is a great professionalist, with remarkable sence of humor, perfect organizational skills and ability to maintain attention. Thank you, Rafaelo :))

We really had a good time. Rosa our guide and Genaro our driver were very good. Pompeii tour was fun and climbing Vesubio was a whole experience. Lunch was delicious and overall tour service was good.
