Ticketing experience was easy to follow. No problems at all with that, once we got to the meeting place we were greeted and checked in, very easy process. Our tour guide, David was absolutely the best gave us so much interesting information couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative comment would be the long lines for the security check. Thank you!

The guide was wonderful but it is ridiculous to wait two hours in line to get through security
