Florence in a Day: City Centre Walking Tour with Accademia & Uffizi Gallery Tickets

Easy to book. Great detail on meeting space. Somewhat overly detailed during the walk. A bit difficult to understand with language barrier, but a wonderful tour. Maybe some time for quick Q&A during the walk would be nice.

We had a fabulous time on the walk. Our guide was so knowledgeable and took time to help us appreciate the art we saw. It made our trip to Florence even better than we thought possible.

Claudia was an excellent guide with a very good sense of humour and very knowledgeable. Lots of rests during the tour. I didn't feel overloaded with information

Annette was warm. Friendly, and so well informed. She shared great information without toooooo much detail- just the right amount of information that really understand what was going on! She was lovely. I would definitely recommend this program to a friend!

My itinerary was changed 1 day prior to my arrival and couldn't do the second part of the tour. These things are unacceptable as i already planned other activities after the tour.

Everything about the tour was excellent. Things went very smoothly, and our guides were terrific -- knowledgeable, friendly, and in the case of our guide for the Academia, funny and very engaging. Our issues were beyond anyone's control, namely that Firenze in general and the Uffizi and Acadamia in particular, were in the throes of a tourism apocalypse. It was one of my most unpleasant experiences in a half century of traveling. The guided system helped a lot, easing our entry experiences and getting us to some of the most important works of art to see. Thank you for that. But for me, at least, these positives barely turned a nightmare into a very bad dream.

Our guides, Daniela and William, were both so knowledgeable and did such a wonderful job of giving us a narrative tour of the history of Florence and the Ufizzi gallery. They made the tour super interesting and made the history come to life. We really enjoyed this tour!

Our guide Olivia was excellent, and her stories and knowledge base was very good. I felt the guides were kind and very observant of the group. The company worked hard to contact and get late comers on track. We had a bad experience in Barcelona, so this was refreshing to see. I would definitely use them again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly guides! But, the tour wasn't as expected... we booked a walking tour... 2.5 hours, with entrance to the two museums. We walked for 1.5 hours and spent approx 3.5 in the museums. Which for us was too much.

When time is limited ,it's the way to go, short and sweet. Worthed every penny. Valentina was very good and I liked her approche to keep us active by constantly asking is questions 😁. .

Ticketing experience was a bit confusing, but the team was extremely helpful.
