Florence Cathedral Express Guided Tour

Organization very good and punctual, the guide good for historical and artistic culture, nglish to be revised, i.e., not enough for native-speaking guests. For guests who speak " broken english" can go. Thank you

It was a perfect amount of time to get a good history of the cathedral and the guide was very knowledgeable and happy to answer questions.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide who really made the experience worthwhile. It's also great to be able to skip the long lines and just get into the cathedral!

Excellent tour. Easy to find meeting place and no queuing which was great as there were hundreds of people waiting to get in. We'll worth the money as you learn things you would never know about if you weren't told. Didn't catch the lovely guides name but she was delightful and incredibly well informed. I would never now go to an attraction without pre-booking. Thank you!

Ticket etc was fine, the audio didn't work for some people so it was difficult for the guide She managed really well and was great.

Very knowledgeable tour guide. Be we learned so much in a short amount of time and then had as much time as we wanted to investigate on our own.

We visited the Florence Cathedral on Monday, October 7. Our guide was really very knowledgeable and explained very clearly the historical and cultural context of the city at all stages of construction. Pleasant and interesting visit. Unfortunately, we did not have a ticket for the bell tower, the dome and the Baptistery. Reason to return.

Guide was excellent. Did take about 1 hour although listed as a 30 minute express. Late for our next stop as a result. Just be aware if you should decide to do this tour.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Large crowds, however. She should have had a flag for easy viewing. Also for a skip the line tour, we waited an awful lot.

The guides knowledge of the cathedrals history as well as that of Florence was very good and interesting. She made the visit worthwhile.

Finding the meeting point was seemless, skipping the line was great and the guide was nice.. glad I chose Headout during my trip in Italy

I wondered whether we would have to wait in line a little but not at all. We went straight through a side door with the guide who was fluent in English, very knowledgeable and pleasant. A quick but detailed guided tour. You are then left to roam freely. The Misericorda Museum is also included (without a guide) and well worth a visit. I highly recommend the whole experience as it saved waiting in long lines during the heatwave.

Easy to meet guide who was lovely. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Packed a lot into our half hour but did not feel at all rushed. Really nice lady. Only seven of us so easy to hear and felt private.

Easy ticketing and pin drop of meeting location was helpful. Truly a skip the line experience (no wait to enter Cathedral). Express tour was a great balance of detail and speed so that it satisfied the museum/history buffs and those less interested. Great explanation of the clock and stories around the Gates of Paradise, two paintings, de Medici crest on the floor, and artists competing to build the dome. Brought the construction alive!

We loved the tour . Our guide was knowledgeable, to the point and humorous . It was difficult to find the start of tour as no one was holding a flag and the tour operator was different!

Nice guide and good explanation. Waited 30 min to enter Duomo. Actually you can enter free of charge even faster. Duomo entrance is free, just 20 min queue.

The guide Andrea was great, she explained everything very well. On the way out we had to listen to the person who greeted us at the headout being very rude to Andrea, who didn't get upset, stayed calm and told him he didn't have to teach her her job.

Our tour guide Giovanni Casoli was OUTSTANDING!! He was so knowledgeable and gave us an informative and thoughtful tour - such a caring professional. We did have trouble locating the meeting office - the link provided did not work - and when we called the number provided for assistance the woman we spoke with was rude and not helpful at all
