Louvre Museum Masterpieces Guided Tour

Congratulations for employing Ivana! Ivana was superb, has extensive knowldege and passion for art and history. The tour ran smoothly and in 2 hours we had a completed an excellent introduction to the Louvre and seen some masterpieces. Ivana was warm and friendly with an in-depth knowledge of the masterpieces as well as the surrounding artworks. This tour was inspiring and kept 2 adults and an 11 year old engaged and interested to the end.

Our guide Phillippe was extremely well-versed in not just the works of art themselves, but the history of the Louvre as well. His ability to describe each object from multiple viewpoints aided in our appreciation and enjoyment of the entire experience. His tour was also well-paced, thorough without being rushed. I had been to the Louvre 4-5 times previously and with Phillippe's expert knowledge, I gained a while new perspective. Kudos to Phillippe! Highest recommendation!

Skipping the line and having an overview of selected masterpieces was a stress free experience at the Louvre, where the quantity of things to see can be seriously overwhelming. All well led by a funny, knowledgeable guide.

It was an impressive and interesting tour. The selected areas and exhibition impressions presented by the tour guide gave a wonderful, exciting first impression of the Louvre. In addition, the historical background gave a good picture, so that you could put yourself into the times and events. It was very worthwhile.

Going through the Louvre without being overwelmed or lost and ending with a feeling that our time was well spent is a definite plus. Our guide picked important pieces from 2000 years or more and tied them together in a very interesting manor. Not being an art scholar I got alot out of the tour. I would recommend it highly.

Good ticketing experience! Natalia was a very good guide but three hours was a very long time and too much people around all the time . Hard to keep focus and to follow Natalia and her flag .

The Louvre experience itself eventually becomes exhausting. It is essential to have someone more experienced guide you to the must-see points of the museum to make the most of your visit.

The guide was on time and very friendly. Unfortunately, there are always a few latecomers and several other guides waiting in the same place, which makes it late to start the tour. Then, even if the groups get in first when there are a lot of groups, we're all waiting... Once inside, the guide suggests we leave our things in the checkroom... more waiting. Once the tour starts, it's always too crowded during the school vacations. So the guide is very good, but if you have the choice, come and visit Paris outside the Christmas period and school vacations!

Our guide "Sid" was super friendly and hilarious, not to mention extremely knowledgeable and well-informed about the museum and its contents. Super experience, definitely recommend.
