Jais Zipline Adventure Tickets

Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. I feel like maybe we were shortchanged..... From what I understand there is a whole series of wires and I don't understand why we did just the one main one. Seen the whole course advertised for the same price as one so why didn't we get informed when there that there was more to do?

Awesome experience Very thrilling Must have a strong heart to do this adventure Prices are cheaper on headout as compared to on the spot booking Transport from dubai is a problem.

Staff were absolutely fantastic including the ladies at reception and the zip line team, as was the scenery and zip line experience

It was nice, however as it was raining there was a lot of waiting around. It would have been nice if they would have offered us a warm drink whilst we waited for over 30minutes. Also in terms of the recording on the little device, it could have been a lot better. Instead of just the view of your face it would have been nice to also get the surrounding landscapes and how high you are on the mountain. There's room for improvement. The price is relatively high so the standards should match.

Overall experience was awsome. even though the weather was bit rough and due to that we waited for some time, but still once the activity started it took us to next level.

The people who prepped me up for the zip line were so professional and sweet. They were kind enough to take photos n videos too before I went for the zipline.. Answered all my questions. The whole time I had to wear the gear from the room till just before the ride and when I finished the ride and got everything' off .. The trainers were just wow. And zip line ride was amaaazing!
