Venice Private Gondola Ride

Difficult to know exactly where the tickets are printed, it had to be directly with the llicacoon the tickets online because those of us who are from outside the country it is complicated, but the girl who coordinated everything solved it for us very professional. Also say that it is a nice experience but it stopped a lot because there were too many gondolas at a time and do not enjoy both the experience because it is a long time standing still. But good.

A bit chaotic, impersonal and shorter than 30 minutes. We still take it as a nice experience. However, I wouldn't book it again via their website or recommend it. If you're already paying 25 euros more for a gondola, as is usual in Venice, then you don't want to stand there for 20 minutes as if you've ordered it and not been picked up. And then be taken to another queue and then get a shorter ride.

The tour lasted almost 30 minutes, with part of it on the Grand Canal and the rest in the smaller canals. The reserved time didn't exist (11:30am), so we had to wait until 12pm. All in all, a pleasant experience.

The gondelier was unfortunately too impersonal and the "half hour" was calculated very generously considering the waiting times.

I wouldn't book this experience again and just hop on a gondola in middle of Venice. We didn't get to see anything as we just went around the block

I loved the overall experience. The gondola was beautiful, it was a smooth ride, and great steering through narrow, busy waterways. The only issue we had was the gondoleer kept spitting, which would not have been a huge issue until I got spit on. As a woman, being spit on is one of the worst things that one could do.

It was very short - not quite a full 30 minutes, so quite expensive for a private ride. The gondolier was charming and knowledgeable - very nice.

Our gondolier was amazing. He sang, explained landmarks and took photos of us. I would recommend the private tour. It was lovely.

You should have provided options of selecting place while booking It's too far from my hotel Many gondala there around our hotel I felt I dud a mistake by booking online. It's very expensive compared to onsite direct booking. The Gondala driving guys are not courteous. Overall not a pleasant experience to me through this website

We went twice to the puck up venue, first time we were told we were too early, second time we were told our gondola ride was delayed by 30 minutes. At 26 degrees to have to wait around for 45 minutes was unacceptable. Then we sat in a queue of about 10 gondolas in a narrow canal waiting for other Gondolas to clear through. Value for money, zero, great experience, definitely not. If I could chose again I wouldn't waste €135 on a very forgetful event

A gondola ride is an iconic Venician experience, however, half of the 30 experience was spent leaving embarking area and waiting to get to a disembarking spot. The time travelling through the canals was disappointing. It f out d not feel like a value for money experience.

The guide didn't even acknowledge our presence while we were on the boat Not so much as a ciao. We rode parallel to another boat & the 2 guides talked to each other the whole time. Not what we should get for 160 euro.

Prior to buying the ticket, I tried to clarify both the site of entry and that is was to be a private gondola ride for 2. When we arrived in Venice it was clear that a) there were plenty of gondola ride options, 2) though we requested Ca'Rezonicco embarcation site, we were assigned San Marco, 3) we were charged for 2 gondolas (over US$300), not for 2 people in one gondola. While in the gondola, the gondoleer was informative and provided a nice experience. Due to these confounding factors, NOT a result of our gondoleer or any of the staff at the site, our ride was rather disappointing.
