Day Tour from Florence to Pisa with Round-Trip Transfers

Good bus and driver. The guide was clear, helpful an sweet. Felxibility to help the tourists when city traffic was difficult due to an accident in our way back

I was taking this tour with my kids and unfortunately was running late to the bus meet up spot, I called and was able to beg and plead with the guide to wait for us for 8 minutes past the time of departure. I was very apologetic, and basically in tears when we entered the bus. I was expecting that the guide was upset but honestly never would have expected to be put on blast over the loud speaker... the guide heavily put emphasis on being on time to respect everyone, that she went on aggressively for several minutes about how important timeliness is. I'm aware that my being late caused a disruption but the way it was delt with was unprofessional, rude, and honestly just confusing. Some people are here for a first time, we don't know everything about the area or have control over cabs canceling and not showing up. Being strict is one thing but being rude and hurtful for the sake of it is just nasty.

We just wanted to walk around Pisa and got to do that

Giordano was a super friendly and motivated guide, who told us a lot about Pisa and Tuscany, and other places worth mentioning there, and also gave us special tips. The whole thing in fluent English, Spanish and also a little German :) Thanks also to bus driver Giovanni!

It was a very easy process to find our guide and get on the bus. They were very communicative and provided easy instructions. The bus to Pisa was nice and spacious and good AC. Our tour guide Ricardo once we arrived to Pisa was very knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. As expected, Pisa was a magical experience that my family will take forever.
