From London: Harry Potter™ Warner Bros Studio Tickets with Train Transfers and Optional Guided Tour

We enjoyed all of the event very well organised. Its amazing the amount of work for the making of the film behind the scenes.

All correct, pick up transfers and tickets .... Only on arrival at the hub we were left alone picking up audio guide and leaving reefer, the group was lost and we went on our own throughout the visit, which did not matter to us because then the return was controlled.

Everything went really well. The guide was there on time, explained everything really well and accompanied us safely to the studio. Very good organization. We were able to return at any time in the evening, without fixed times. Flexibility like that is great!

The tour at the studios was wonderful for the most part. Our guide, Beth, was just adorable and knowledgeable. The only issue was how fast she spoke, it made it a little difficult to follow everything she had to say. The sets and props were amazing. The transportation was also well organized other than when we left. The timing made an extremely long wait for the bus back to the train station. There were two buses in the parking lot that could have been used to facilitate the transfer a little quicker and after about a 45 minute delay they finally brought one around to shuttle people to the train station. Even with that, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

This was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Our first guide, Severio, was very kind and consciousness and made sure everyone was delivered to our guide at Harry Potter/ Warner Bros studios. Our second guide, Paula C, was outstanding. She was a wonderful storyteller, very enthusiastic, and guided us through the exhibits making sure we got the behinds the scene experience. She really knew her information and you could tell she loved her job. She was delightful to spend time with. After the tour was over, you can spend additional time looking around if you want to. There are a lot of details in many of the exhibits to take in. We ended up leaving around 8pm after a magnificent day. This is a must for Harry Potter fans who are in London.

The trip went very well. The people were very punctual so we left before the scheduled time and started the visit a little earlier. Everything was very well coordinated. Even the guide of the previous group warned us that our guide was about to arrive and so it was. On the way back there were traffic problems and problems with the trains, but this is not something that depends on the company.

Well organized, clear meeting point, guide was on time and very friendly (Keamon). Information provided via email was clear.

For Harry Potter fans, a tour in such a small group (max. 8 people for us) is a great experience and definitely even more valuable than the studio tour, which is already great in itself. Kim was a top guide!!! We got so many insiders behind the movies, stories about the filming, the actors etc. After the guided tour we were allowed back into the studios on our own. Unforgettable experience!

The tour was really great. We were met by the tour guide at Euston station and then took public transport to Warner Brother Studios as a group. On site, we were then split into 2 groups of 8 people each. Our tour guide David is a real Harry Potter fan and explained an insane amount of details and background information. After 1 1/2 to 2 hours there was a break of 1 hour. This was more than enough. After that the tour continued for about 1 1/2 hours. I can really recommend it. You simply learn so, so much. Afterwards, we were able to walk through the exhibition again on our own, which we did. In total, we were there for about 6 hours. It was great. Many thanks to the team and special thanks to David. It was great fun and encouraged us to read the books and watch the films again.

The exhibits, costumes and sets were incredibly detailed. Each stop revealed more secrets about the making of the film and allowed us to see how much work and creativity went into every detail. Guide Galyna was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer all questions. Although the tour lasted more than a few hours, the time flew by without noticing.

Everything about this process was so easy, from purchasing to meeting our first 'get us to the studio' guide to the actual guide on the tour (who was fantastic). We learned so much on the tour, totally worth it - even though the exhibits themselves have lots of information we felt like we got extra behind-the-scenes insights. Really appreciated being able to stay longer and leave when we wanted. A fantastic day, thanks Headout!

The experience was beyond our expectations. Having a small-group guided tour is definitely the way to go! There is so much to see and it was incredible to have knowledgable staff providing commentary and overview for the exhibits!!! We learned so much and thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Josh was a fantastic guide and made the whole experience so much more fun by sharing special tips and information about the studios (eg, what to see, where to spend more time, what to look for in the films that may not have been noticed before). A great tour and wonderful experience all around!

Loved the tour, Guide was full of informative tidbits which you would never find out if you just visited the studio. I'm sure other guides would be able to share even more! So second round is definitely a possibility! Don't forget to give yourself plenty of time after the tour!

I didn't like the arrival and departure for so much money. The escort on the way to the tour was not very committed. We almost lost her in the crowd at the station, she didn't tell us that we didn't have to go through the barrier. She also didn't warn us that we were about to get off the train. The tour in the studios was great, everything went perfectly there. And on the way back we had to queue for an extremely long time, as there are only a few buses back. For 500 eur tickets (2 pcs) I would have expected more service for the transfer than just being sent along with the public transfer.

We loved the experience: the studios really take you on a journey to Hogwarts! It was like being in the movies. The guide had a real talent for narration and had some great anecdotes. Thank you for making our childhood dream come true :)

The studio tour was a super organized event from start to finish. Super nice guide who took us there and on site we also had a great tour with nice people and lots of information. Worth every euro.

There is nothing I could recommend more. Visiting Warner Bros. Studios is a dream come true. Your inner child genuinely comes alive. It is an overwhelming and emotional experience you will never forget. However, don't forget to bring enough money -- you will most likely want to buy some souvenirs in the amazing shop.

We had a good time and staff was helpful and cheerful, we just thought that the tickets we paid for included a bit more "skip-the-line" kind of service. But all in all the whole experience was really fun and we'd consider going again, just not for the guided private tour which was a bit expensive.

Amazing time!! Everything was just perfect! The guide-Georgia- needs to get 2 pay raises not just one. God, she was perfect! I thought i was a hp fan..she was absolutely gold!!! Funny and sweet, very knowledgeable. She had us eating from her hand. We couldn't wait for her to share the secrets behind the scenes. The studio left us speechless, but Georgia made me believe that every penny was worth it.
