Big Bus: Rome Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

I like the ease of being able to hop on and off the bus. I think it would be better to advise how far away the attraction is from the bus's hop on or off spot. For example the coliseum hop on hop off spot is down the street and around the corner, that information would have been more helpful to include with the information about the location already available.

Easy to book and very practical to be able to go up and down whenever you want and especially the translation for the monuments.

The tour stops are well organized, the guys/guys at the various points kind and polite. Each stop strategic to be able to reach more historical sites or not, waiting times in the norm ! Also the narrators' stories very light and interesting Rated 10

The punctuality of the buses and the route full of beautiful attractions. Also the audio guide, very good, very explanatory.

I traveled with you on a day when there were several demonstrations in Rome that caused detours and these were not communicated (this being your job you were supposed to inform yourself and inform customers). This caused several inconveniences. When I had to take the bus back to Colosseum only by chance did we realize that the line had been diverted and we had to travel a very long way to catch it at the next stop. Considering that I had chosen to take your bus so that people would not have to walk under the subway...unfortunately the choice did not turn out to be a good one. We had the same problem at the end of the route because, again due to traffic detours, the driver could not take us back to the stop where we had to leave our car in a parking lot (which we had chosen because it was adjacent to the Ludovisi stop). Because of these inconveniences we had to walk several miles with people who could not walk too far that day (including 3 children). However, I must say that the staff was very kind (both drivers and assistants).

The purchase was super easy and access to the bus was also super easy. However, some of the drop-off points were a bit far from the places, which made us a bit confused to find other points. But all in all it was very good. The staff are extremely friendly. I recommend it.

It was very nice from a panoramic point of view and really helpful in organizing a visit to Rome. Since it gave an overall view of the city, it was easier later on to decide what to see in detail.

We were able to get a relaxed overview of the city and the sights and were given interesting details by the audio guide. And we liked it a lot.

It's always amazing to take the buses and get to know every part of the city. I bought my ticket well in advance and everything went well.

Stops are at tourist hotspots, and ride times are frequent. It would be nice if the service were also available in the evening

It delivers what it promises. I would like to highlight the positive performance of the staff on the streets: they do not shy away from helping, informing and clarifying.

The narration was minimal. Would have liked more information and history on the audio part on the bus. Bus was not available for half the route the second half day due to an event. We had planned on using it in the second afternoon only - would have been nice to have been refunded a portion since unusable.

The service works very well, but I found the audio guide boring, it lost my concentration and interest. I would improve that, the way of telling what you are seeing, in a more relaxed and less documentary way.

The number of stops are not enough to cover well all the point and they also change the route, now you need to but 2 tickets

Enjoyable experience that allows you to see some significant places in the City of Rome. I really appreciated the audio guide. Only flaw the cleanliness.....in the afternoon the bus was very dirty, garbage and dirt prevented sitting in some seats.
