Alcazar of Seville Tickets with Optional Royal Bedrooms

With the tickets it went well we can go in without any problems. And the mix between the Mouse and I had Lieke architecture was nice to see in Alcazar

Ticketing process was quick and easy. Enjoyed the palace although royal bedrooms did not turn out to be an option for us. The Islamic style palace was amazing but it was easy to get lost. The whole place needs better signage.

A visit to Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar is a must, both magical. Booking jump-the-line tickets for both via Headout was so easy and ensured that the experience on the day went smoothly.

The place is magnificent, and even if it's crowded, there are always quiet places to stroll and enjoy. The tour of the apartments is impressive and well worth the money!

In my experience the audio guide is messy with an unmarked route,on some places the number does not match. As for your App and tickets NOTHING to say EXCEPTIONAL.

I didn't love it, far too many people were in at the same time so you couldn't really see very much unless you looked at the ceilings. Which were very nice. All the rooms just had masses of people trying to look at the same thing. So nothing could really be appreciated.

Well organised, easy to get in with the pre-ordered tickets. The cathedral and the Giralda are a piece of art that you must see!

The entrances to the 2 main attractions went very smoothly ONCE we downloaded the tickets on your difficult app. We should have been given advance notice that we needed to download the app before accessing our tickets ! My wife forgot her apple password so this was problematic to begin with. I copied her link and accessed our tickets through my apple and copied the tickets. Last minute. Big stress. No wonder so many people don't like your app. Day 1 she got notifications for the museum. Today we got nothing but with the screenshots of the tickets we got into the church. People should be given the option of receiving their tickets via email without being held hostage by needing to download your app.

The tickets were delivered to my phone and easily shared at the gate . We arrived in plenty of time ( advised) and got through the gate exactly as planned .

Great guide, very enthusiastic & informative. Included tickets to climb to the bells. Could stay until closing if you wished.

We enjoyed the Alcazar tour. We recommend reserving tickets with a timetable to avoid the waiting line. The audio-guide system is not very practical; you need an internet connection and to download the application. In addition, the directions are not clear. Finally, we had booked a ticket with access to the Royal Chambers, but this is not possible, so this option was not available when we purchased our ticket.

It would be valuable if there were a route so you could see everything. It was a little wandering now. otherwise beautiful complex

We were too tired to go to Seville from Granada. I am sure the experience would have been excellent just like the rest of the tours in Madrid, Granada, Cordoba and Barcelona 😊

Only the first part of the ticket arrived via email, and x get the second part (visit giralda) I had to download App. I liked that they respected the entrance time.

We did not find the optional bedroom. There was no indication at the entrance. Good thing was we could book a German audio gaet. Unfortunately the return is poorly organized . First back to the entrance then to the exit in front. All in all good.

Our guide was entertaining and very informative in this fascinating building. She gave lots of detail, and was able to answer any questions. Tickets were very easy to buy via Headout.

Wonderful visit! Minor points for improvement: - Given the number of French visitors to the cathedral, it would be a good idea to translate the commentary into French. -It would also be possible to improve access with tickets by creating 2 separate queues, 1 for each schedule.

It was very varied and diverse. Although there were a lot of tourists, you didn't feel crowded. Thanks to the online ticket purchase, you didn't have to wait anywhere.

Amazing palace with interesting architecture. Beautiful gardens. A place that one should visit. Ticketing experience very good.

Top, at our time of year (1st week of May), the wire cutter was a real bargain. The visit itself is a must...
