Venice Classic Gondola Ride

Absolutely recommendable, short introduction with VR glasses, then you are accompanied to the start, the gondolier explains something about the bridges and the city during the ride and you get a wonderful impression.

The whole experience was definitely worth the hype! SO wonderful to take a break from the busy streets and glide down quiet canals in the middle of Venice. Getting tickets and to the gondola was super easy, and the company was great too (a stellar cost effective option for those traveling solo). AND, I can't leave a review without mentioning our STELLAR gondola driver Leonato... or Leonardo? He was amazing. He was super kind and knew SO much about his city. He was more than happy to share with us some fun facts he knew about Venice, and it made the ride just THAT much cooler. Not just fun facts, but super interesting history. Needless to say, Leonato made the experience for our lil crew. The only thing that would make this trip better were if it were longer😍 10/10 would go again

Ease of booking. Our tour guide Sara was excellent, she was engaging and informative about the history. A bonus was the virtual experience of Venice. Fantastic experience.

The experience is nice, the ride was great, at the end of the ride we had the opportunity to watch the virtual reality video about Venice and it was great.

Excellent organization and really worthy ride!!! Do it!!! Ride around in a gondola and enjoy the view between canals and alleys is priceless!

The gondola ride was incredible, starting from a beautiful spot near the Palazzo Ducale. However, we arrived at the shop 15 minutes before our scheduled ride, and the long queue made things a bit stressful. Everyone with a gondola ride at the same time seemed anxious, as we were unsure if we’d make it in time. We had to check in to receive the number of our assigned gondola, and at the scheduled time, a staff member led everyone to their gondolas. I believe the process could be explained more clearly on the tickets to avoid unnecessary stress. Despite that, everything went smoothly, and it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice.

The gondola experience was very nice and really once in a lifetime must be done. Easily found the meeting point, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. I will definitely recommend

The gondola ride was nice. The duration was enough for us to enjoy the view and to have a good experience. While the ride was nice the customer service wasn't. The sales person was rude and impatient. He didn't communicate the steps clearly causing confusion among the people waiting in line. It was definitely not a good experience.

We liked the tour in general, but the gondolier was very serious and didn't interact. We missed a warm welcome from him. Otherwise everything was very good. The location wasn't that difficult to find, we followed the instructions on the app itself. The girls who welcomed us were great and charismatic. We missed having a guide who spoke Portuguese. In my group alone, there were 4 Brazilians and next to us there were 4 more Brazilians.

Buying tickets is easy. Even with the very hot weather and long walks everything was incredible. A beautiful and charming city. Super friendly and kind Gondoliers. The canals are spectacular. A romantic place. My dream come true

Uncomplicated, good management, a nice trip through the canals of Venice. Although it did not last long (we took 30 minutes) it gave a good impression of the famous gondolas.!

Authentic gondola ride along the canals and the most emblematic sites of Venice such as the Bridge of Sighs. Being shared (there are 5 seats) the price is much more economical.

Italy has been a dream destination for many years for me. I finally made it there. This was a birthday/vacation trip for daughter and I. I was over the moon excited to experience this trip with my heartbeat, my daughter. It was a great experience. We had a walking tour prior to the gondola ride. Beatrice was our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and pleasant.

It was a nice experience, what's isn't mentioned in the description is the walk to the gondolas on which you get a bit of history about the area. The Venice tours people were very helpful and accommodating.

The staff was very punctual and fast. All very friendly and attentive! The gondolier sang to us and was friendly. My partner and I had a magical time. We would love to repeat.

Had a great time on the gondola ride with my friend, we both thought the views and general experience were well worth the money (and much cheaper than just approaching gondolas without booking, especially if you are a smaller party). However the meeting point is not so clearly described in the instructions and the picture shows further down the street rather than the actual shop you need to go into to start the experience. This lead to late arrivals and trouble finding where we were supposed to be going - but this could very easily be changed/updated! Overall worth doing on your visit to Venice and I'd suggest this is the best place to book it.

The gondola experience was very classic Venice. My daughters enjoyed it very much. Venice is awesome and riding the gondola is a must do if you go.

The guide was very, very accommodating and we loved that he took us to the little shop at the end with a VR experience. That was a pleasant surprise.

Very good service, the gondolier helped us on and off as we had someone with walking difficulties.
