Venice Classic Gondola Ride

We had a brilliant ride through Venice. The service at the collection point was seamless and the ride was all we hoped for. Thank you.

Great price as regulated for consumer protection. Actually, we went to Verona for the day and never showed up for the gondola! Would have been a long walk to St Mark's/gondola dock; we did not want that.

Well, the ride is nice, but shorter than offered. The gondola came back 15 minutes earlier and stopped for 5 minutes in front of the pier to finally drop us off. There were supposed to be comments, but nothing.

I love our time with Ricky he was such a brilliant guide. He walked us through a little bit between some street of Venice and educate us about the history unfortunately the actual ride was too short. So I give high value mostly because if the guide

Being on the water for the 23 minutes we got to be. The picture (no help from our guide) I guess was worth the money.

Nice ride on a 5 person gondola. Luckily I got to sit with my partner, but just know, you could be split up and end up in separate gondolas.

Had a great time on the gondola ride with my friend, we both thought the views and general experience were well worth the money (and much cheaper than just approaching gondolas without booking, especially if you are a smaller party). However the meeting point is not so clearly described in the instructions and the picture shows further down the street rather than the actual shop you need to go into to start the experience. This lead to late arrivals and trouble finding where we were supposed to be going - but this could very easily be changed/updated! Overall worth doing on your visit to Venice and I'd suggest this is the best place to book it.

The gondola experience was very classic Venice. My daughters enjoyed it very much. Venice is awesome and riding the gondola is a must do if you go.

The guide was very, very accommodating and we loved that he took us to the little shop at the end with a VR experience. That was a pleasant surprise.

Our guide was abdolutely incredible! He was both informative and easily approchable. Such a delight. The gondola ride was perfect as well and we even got a vr experience as an added bonus. However the instructions when buying the gondola ride could have been better as we were under the impression that we a tour wouldn'be included at all.

Our guide, Sara, was welcoming and charismatic and gave the group a 15-minute tour before we got on the gondola, which provided information about Venice and the gondolas that I never would have known. The ride itself was wonderful - what a great way to see the city.

Regarding the rides i wont experience because they change time for high tide reason, but thank you headout team because they ressolve very fast my refund,maybe nxt time when i go back Venice.

Sarah did a great job sharing a little history about Venice and gondolas during our mini walking tour towards the gondola service. Weather was perfect and ride was smooth. Don't expect the gondoliers to speak to you but the silence was golden as you enjoy the ambience! Great experience overall.

No commentary as advertised. Probably better gondola rides and locations in Venice - more inner city would be better. Wouldn't recommend. Suggest paying a little more for a more personal ride.

Well organised by guide. Gondola ride was lovely and through the back street's of Venice. However please be aware when booking that you may be split into different Gondolas even if there are 2 of you. This happened to couple in the group..

The experience was not a good one, but not because of the activity itself, it was the weather. It rained torrentially. But well, it will be pending for a next trip.

It was a great experience with 15minutes walking tour, followed by 30minutes gondola ride. Our family got a gondola for just 4 of us. it was an awesome sunny day in Feb, calm waters, just relaxed and enjoyed the beauty of Venice. Both our walking tour guide and the gondolier made it a memorable trip for us. This package is definitely recommended for others too.

There was no commentary as given in the description, and honestly it would of been way cheaper to have just walked up and booked at the gondola. It is fixed priced 90 euros for up to 5 people. It was also 20 ish mins not the 35 quoted. At this time of year ( out of season) would recommend just winging it So not great value and not what we paid for.

We were two, and we loved it, the guide was very nice and made many comments about Venice that we really liked, it was a very nice ride, the gondola ride was great, quiet, relaxed and very nice, the whole experience was great, all very well organized and all workers very attentive and friendly, I would repeat.
