Doge's Palace Guided Tour

Instructions as to where to meet were accurate (unlike other tour operators!) . Everything was clearly explained. We had a great guide who gave us all the history, dates and some historical gossip. It was informative without being boring and just the right length at an hour. Def recommend

An interesting tour with a guide who was attentive to the group, but who didn't seem very enthusiastic and wasn't always very clear. It took a lot of concentration to follow her thread, and our children quickly lost interest despite the beauty and interest of the visit. Great to have a line cutter.

No waiting and an inexhaustible guide on the history and stories of the Doges' palace, always placed in its historical context. Very instructive, including on the architectural foundations and building principles of La Serenissima! Perfect

The tour was perfectly organized, meeting point instructions and procedure very good explained. The highlight was our very experienced guide, who took the extra time and interest to explain more than was asked of her and, although very knowlegeable, gave us all necessary information telling it like a beutiful story. The tour was very slickly run from the start. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. My husband has walking issues and she was very helpful. We were both very impressed with the whole experience.

Despite the 15/20 min delay queue to get into the palazzo, our tour leader did a wonderful job in explaining the history, secrets & wonders of the Doge home.

Our audio kept being crossed with another guide using the same frequency dispute telling our guide multiple time he continued to walk and talk (almost on automatic pilot)so we missed most of the commentary which was tedious as I'm sure Max is very knowledgeable. Cannot recommend until the audio is fixed as it was a very disappointing experience

Your guide was very knowledgable, and good at choosing the information, so it was informative but never boring. The tour could have been a bit longer. It seemed like we rushed the palace a but. This was not the fault of our guide, who used the time given, but simply the time allocated for the tour, is too short.

Our tour guide was very friendly and knew her history of Venezia. She was very detailed and spoke clearly which I appreciated. I wish I would have gotten her name.

The guide revealed lots of fascinating things about Venetian history and the symbols hidden in the palace. Her knowledge of art history and her willingness to answer our questions made the visit really interesting.
