Bus tour was really good, took us everywhere we wanted to go and plenty of time to get off and on! Only issue we had was Seine was too high for boat tour to go out so missed what we thought would be the best bit. There was no notification to say it had been cancelled so we travelled to the Eiffel Tower, found boat, no signs saying it had cancelled and then had to find a big red bus for them to tell us we needed to email re a refund, wasted our last morning in Paris😡

Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.

The big bus train was great. Several stops and accessible all day long. As for the Eiffel Tower, the top was reimbursed very quickly as it was forbidden to go higher than the 2nd floor on the same day due to the wind and cold. On the other hand, we are French and our guide only spoke English. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the details of the guided tour. The meeting point was easy to find, thanks to the signs.

It was very comfortable to do the view of the Eiffel Tower with this company, the guide was very good! And we did not queue at all and in addition they had already closed the summit and we were able to go up. Totally recommendable

Would just to pint out if had to wait for the bus which I understand. But did not like that people was trying to cut the line to get on the bus and the support team did not enforce that they needed to go back to the line. Understand there are a lot of rude people. But some enforcement might help.

The bus tour is very practical both for the number of stops and the information provided in several languages, and the correct frequency of the buses.

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

We recently visted the city of love on the hop on hop off bus to enjoy the city.It was a amazing experience to see all the beautifull buildings and attractions.The bus stoped at all the best attractions .The bus also had auto guide that gave us background of the history of the iconic landmarks.The Seine River cruise was very special for me and my wife. I will recommand the hop on hop off bus to any one person who wants to see Paris. We will be back again!!

The cruise was amazing, best time around 6:00 they line up was huge but it moved very quickly. The bus was ok, I had a stroller and found it was not very accessible or confortable.

Beautiful experience that allows even those who have difficulty walking much to be able to enjoy the beauty of the city in comfort

Ease of locations, information, bus was not over full. Availability of buses. Bus needs a drain for the heavy showers as water wishes up and back.

Seeing the city from the bus was really nice. The bus is perfect for trips that are short and you don't have a lot of time like us, we only had two days to visit Paris so we needed to move fast if we wanted to visit as many places as we could, therefore we decided that getting the bus ride was a good option for us. We stared our ride early in the day so we would have enough time for our plan. The complete bus ride lasts about two hours, stopping in different important places. That's what we did, we finished the whole tour without getting off meanwhile deciding what places we wanted to stop at to visit and then we started the ride again but this time getting of in those sites and then hopping on again to continue the ride. Long story short we were able to do a lot in one day and we did not have to walk so much thanks to the bus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would recommend sitting on the second floor weather permitting since you will have a better view of the city from there. Well I was expecting to go to Nitre Dame and Musse d Orsay or Eiffel Tower. (I bought a ticket for the museum) But due to restrictions I couldn't get there and the bus driver said try the metro which I did but the stations were closed I tried walking (for 2 hours) in 34c heat to get there but to no avail. Sadly. I felt cheated really as I paid £38 euros the bus and then another £17 euros for the museum. So sadly not the best experience. The staff were helpful. Thank you

Easy to use and busses every few minutes so no long wait at any stop. Got to see much more than I would have without the hop on hop off.

Fantastic bus and boat tour combination. Took in all the sites, great frequency of buses, excellent narration on whats around, careful drivers and just generally a great experience. Highly recommend this tour, and if I am lucky enough to go back to Paris, I would do the bus tour again.

Bus frequency and coverage was good. Only thing that was bit disappointing was that routes in their app were slightly different than actual ones (not sure if that's due to Olympics or whether it's just outdated info in their app) so tracking buses in real-time was bit misleading. Also they should consider informing guests that Louvre museum is closed every Tuesday so that people can plan accordingly. Other than those trivial things it was awesome experience.

I had the chance to visit many important places in one day, so that was great! They need to improve the attention on clients, many of us had no idea of where we are since it is our first time in the city or country.

In the ticket reservation it says that the tour goes on until 7 p.m. Instead on site the buses only run until 5:30 p.m./6 p.m. so they give you a hard time. In fact we had to get off at a different stop from the one on my itenerary that I had planned to make if it went on until 7 p.m.

The explanations were good, although they sometimes seemed overwrought. The buses run at short intervals. It was less good that not all stops were announced. Also, more attention could have been paid to the Olympic sports venues. They were clearly recognizable.

The experience was very good. We constantly had buses to get on at any stop. We will use the service again without hesitation.
