It saved us time, money and effort to see a lot of important landmarks around Paris. It made our travel experience in Paris a very fulfilling one. It was awesome 👌.

Ticketing was easy, the ride comfortable and we enjoyed the info and banter on the attractions. One sad thing was the one time we wanted to get on the bus and the driver argued with us there was no room when there were clearly plenty of spaces on the upper deck where we wanted to sit. He wasn't nasty just adamant. Eventually he let us on to check and we reported back to him how many empty places there still were.

Amazing got to see all the site we wanted to see and hop off and on to different destinations was well worth the price even my 11 and 13 year old girls loved it thank you a amazing experience highly recommend PARIS WAS UNREAL 🥰🇫🇷

Seeing the city from the bus was really nice. The bus is perfect for trips that are short and you don't have a lot of time like us, we only had two days to visit Paris so we needed to move fast if we wanted to visit as many places as we could, therefore we decided that getting the bus ride was a good option for us. We stared our ride early in the day so we would have enough time for our plan. The complete bus ride lasts about two hours, stopping in different important places. That's what we did, we finished the whole tour without getting off meanwhile deciding what places we wanted to stop at to visit and then we started the ride again but this time getting of in those sites and then hopping on again to continue the ride. Long story short we were able to do a lot in one day and we did not have to walk so much thanks to the bus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I would recommend sitting on the second floor weather permitting since you will have a better view of the city from there. I had the chance to visit many important places in one day, so that was great! They need to improve the attention on clients, many of us had no idea of where we are since it is our first time in the city or country.

Reasonably good value for money. Pick up from outside Gare du Nord is fab! Could you also extend that last stop in the evening is also at Gare du Nord instead of The Opera? Thanks, fabulous service especially all drivers and customers service/support.

Very nice view from the top of the bus. The bus passes along all attractions. It's available all day even if you choose to repeat it. I would like to suggest though that directions be placed on the brochure where the bus stops are located to make it easier.

Very friendly bus staff. Great tour. Clean buses and top bus driver. The music and audio guide was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Great way to see the city and experience Paris traffic without being in the drivers seat.

A good way to get to know the city individually. You can stay in one place as long as you like and the bus to continue your journey arrives within a few minutes. We really liked that. We were able to enjoy the Seine trip in bright sunshine. Boarding was completely uncomplicated. We would have liked a glass of sparkling wine to welcome us.

Spent so much time looking for big bus staff by the Eiffel Tower that we just missed the cruise. We were only there for the day so couldn't afford to spend another 45 minutes waiting for the next one. When we did find the big bus staff (2 of them standing in the side of the road - no ticket office or boards to make them visible) they printed off tickets for the bus and cruise. The bus driver at the Louvre wouldn't let us use the ticket on the app for access and by this time we'd managed to lose the the tiny paper ticket we were given. Booking online didn't make for an easier experience at all. Another point to note, the buses don't stop for any length of time. We saw one coming, crossed the road and it had gone. Wasting more time we didn't have. As it turned out, we wouldn't have been allowed access anyway as they wouldn't accept the online ticket. I assume this was because the ticket had been printed but not sure. So we ended up getting a taxi having waited 15 Minutes for the next one. Very disappointing and badly organised. Poor instructions and expensive for what we got/didn't get.

I bought tickets for the big bus from these guys recently in Paris .. at first I was concerned was it a scam site. It wasn't the tickets arrived instantly along with a link to download them .. every thing was smooth .. I downloaded the big bus app and it was very easy to understand

Bus tour was really good, took us everywhere we wanted to go and plenty of time to get off and on! Only issue we had was Seine was too high for boat tour to go out so missed what we thought would be the best bit. There was no notification to say it had been cancelled so we travelled to the Eiffel Tower, found boat, no signs saying it had cancelled and then had to find a big red bus for them to tell us we needed to email re a refund, wasted our last morning in Paris😡

The big bus train was great. Several stops and accessible all day long. As for the Eiffel Tower, the top was reimbursed very quickly as it was forbidden to go higher than the 2nd floor on the same day due to the wind and cold. On the other hand, we are French and our guide only spoke English. Too bad we didn't get to enjoy the details of the guided tour. The meeting point was easy to find, thanks to the signs.

It was very comfortable to do the view of the Eiffel Tower with this company, the guide was very good! And we did not queue at all and in addition they had already closed the summit and we were able to go up. Totally recommendable
