The ticketing was seemless. The ride was fantastic. Lunch at Casa Bella in Little Italey was great. I highly recommend Hop On/Hop Off. A great way to see NYC

Very easy to book. Nice to see the city highlights. You can hop off at each highlight. The information you get is very amusing, sometimes it could me a little bit more informing for me.

The all day pass for both uptown and downtown the commentary was great but on a downtown commentary was intermittent and went around second time and got off were I wanted excellent service hardly waited for transport thank you

It's a great way to cover the world famous sights and monuments of NYC in this efficient manner. But something unfortunate happened. It started raining. so all the passengers from the upper deck rushed to the covered deck below. The driver forcefully shooed all the non seated passengers off the bus in the middle of nowhere, under pouring rain. I understand that this is a safety guideline but there ought to be a more considerate way of doing things. I felt so sorry for those who were affected.

It went passed alot of great spots in New York it was easy and convenient to get on and off.. all the staff were super friendly

The drivers were very friendly and the journeys interesting. Buses were plentiful and we never waited more than 10 minutes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to NewYok.

Was too long sitting in traffic. Too much filler music on guided tour. How about educating us on all the gorgeous architecture, the beautiful churches? There was plenty more to talk about. And you really dont see many of the sights from the bus. A bit misleading. 2 of our headsets were static. Not worth the money.

Tickets were easy to book and to redeem. It was a great way to lots of the city, including places we probably wouldn't have gotten to on our own. My husband really enjoyed the narration.

Not dissatisfied at all. It was just alright. Need more blue buses and more stops. The free pizza at the carnagie restaurant was a FREAKING JOKE. An insult.

Truly enjoyed the city tour. The 9/11 Memorial was something we will remember for a very long time. Tour touched a lot of different locations. I felt the commentary could have been better. It worked but more info and history would be good...a little humor too.

Easy on and off at lots of stops. Friendly helpful staff at each stop, and free!! I would've like to know that the last stop did not take us to the point where we boarded at 1st stop. They said we had to get off and wait 30 minutes for a new bus.

Loved to see the many attractions that we knew nothing about . The tour gave us a good mix of sites, getting on and back on was very easy, I not only recommend it, I will be doing it again !

It was a great way to see the city highlights in a day. Great to be sble yo hop off snd back on. Would have preferred headsets that actually worked well. It was our whole group of 6, not just mine. You might need to update the recording. More info on the area/buildings instead of information about movies. When I road this in the past there was a person on the bus speaking so we could ask questions during the ride.

Ticketing was very smooth. Bought online and staff member scanned QR code and printed tickets and off we went! Red Loop was great, Jimmy was very informative as well as entertaining. Blue Loop was not so good as too many stops and not so much info.

The first part went well. Unfortunately, the bus we took for the last part was not functioning properly - so little commentary, slow driving (couldnt get vehicle in gear) and no air conditioning. Oh well..

The frequency of the downtown hop on/off bus service in the morning was fine but in the afternoon there were very few and we waited 40 minutes to go back to Times Square: an empty bus ignored us and drove past, a full bus ignored us and the growing queue, a third bus dropped people just past us so we couldn't get on. One driver lied about the next bus being in 2 minutes but didn't like being challenged. We used a public bus to get home. I wouldn't recommend this hop-on/off - there are better ones in Manhattan.

The concept of getting on and off at various points is great; but one bus dropped us off a block before the regular stop, and there were no directions to the sights listed - for example, Rockerfeller Center and Grand Central Station were a few blocks from the drop off point, and there was no one to direct us. The audio gave very little direction or informaton; too much of it was just music, and the narrators were silly. I would not recommend Big Bus for New York.

We had a good time ! A lot of buses, so we didn't wait a lot. We have discover New York (very useful for the first day!),
