Big Bus New York City Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour

It went passed alot of great spots in New York it was easy and convenient to get on and off.. all the staff were super friendly

Easy on and off at lots of stops. Friendly helpful staff at each stop, and free!! I would've like to know that the last stop did not take us to the point where we boarded at 1st stop. They said we had to get off and wait 30 minutes for a new bus.

It's not my first in NYC, but i was finally able to enjoy the famous spots in one day through this bus tour. Kudos to the team!

It was hard to figure out where to get on bus and the map was as so general (streets) it was hard to see where we were without looking at a tour book map. Also due to traffic and the 70 minute route not complete after 130 minutes. I had to get off and get a cab

The flexibility and inrformation on teh tour were what appealed to me most.

Great experience. We had 9 ladies in our group and loved the upper level of the bus.

Nowhere did headout provide a map or mentioned the bigbus tour app which would have been useful. Finding bus pick up locations is impossible without this information

Once we figured out how to connect the ear buds it was great. Little hard to figure out but luckily I could see someone that was connected and I figured out where the plug was (underneath the box) What I didn't like was several busses ended their route before we were expecting them to, and we had to change busses, even though we needed only one more stop to change to the uptown route.

The ticketing was seemless. The ride was fantastic. Lunch at Casa Bella in Little Italey was great. I highly recommend Hop On/Hop Off. A great way to see NYC

Prompt service. Polite staff. Suggestion Kindly put out in bold that ferry ticket to Ellis Island is valid for whole day.( If so)

Very easy to book. Nice to see the city highlights. You can hop off at each highlight. The information you get is very amusing, sometimes it could me a little bit more informing for me.

The all day pass for both uptown and downtown the commentary was great but on a downtown commentary was intermittent and went around second time and got off were I wanted excellent service hardly waited for transport thank you

It's a great way to cover the world famous sights and monuments of NYC in this efficient manner. But something unfortunate happened. It started raining. so all the passengers from the upper deck rushed to the covered deck below. The driver forcefully shooed all the non seated passengers off the bus in the middle of nowhere, under pouring rain. I understand that this is a safety guideline but there ought to be a more considerate way of doing things. I felt so sorry for those who were affected.

The drivers were very friendly and the journeys interesting. Buses were plentiful and we never waited more than 10 minutes. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to NewYok.

Was too long sitting in traffic. Too much filler music on guided tour. How about educating us on all the gorgeous architecture, the beautiful churches? There was plenty more to talk about. And you really dont see many of the sights from the bus. A bit misleading. 2 of our headsets were static. Not worth the money.

Tickets were easy to book and to redeem. It was a great way to lots of the city, including places we probably wouldn't have gotten to on our own. My husband really enjoyed the narration.

Not dissatisfied at all. It was just alright. Need more blue buses and more stops. The free pizza at the carnagie restaurant was a FREAKING JOKE. An insult.
