Best of Gaudí: Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia Guided Tour

Great tour, informative and amazing staff . Everything went well, a lot of walking but it was obviously going to happen. Didn't get a lot of time to take pictures pictures though. I recommend to let us have a bit more time for that next time

I signed up for Sagrada Familia and I thought included towers, Park Güell, and Passigue de Gracias. Only Sagrada Familia occurred without towers. Park Güell did not occur as there was confusion about the entry tickets and by the time we knew this I was tired and too much time spent standing around waiting. Our tour started at 3 pm and our guide stopped talking to us at 4;15. Finally at 5:50 did we find out no Park Güell. So sadly the entire experience was bad. I've asked for a refund. Oriel our guide was okay but the issues were not his fault

When we arrived at Park Gruell we were not allowed in even though we paid for it 3 months in advance

The guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. However, he was moving too fast keeping it difficult to keep up and take photos at the same time.

Our tour for the Sagrada Familia was great. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and approachable. However, we bought the combination package and they quickly shuttled us from one event to the other, not leaving any free time, specifically without time to see the museum (included in the ticket price). Our guide for Park Güell was very difficult to understand, left the group multiple times because she was walking too fast then promptly blamed the group for not staying together. We also were rushed through Park Güell and when asking if we could explore one of the homes there, or the gift shop, we were told there was no time. The next top was Casa Batlló, in which we arrived at the corner and one group needed to end their tour early. Because 4 of the 16 people on our tour needed to leave, the guide just ended the four for everyone. We asked if we could still be told about Casa Batlló because we were interested and wanted to know more. Our guide said she would meet us on the other side of the road to tell us more, then never did. Our tour was scheduled until 6:30 and ended at 5:45. Lastly, be aware this tour does not end in the same place it started. Most people on the tour were surprised by this, as it doesn't seem properly advertised. We actually planned our evening with the assumption we would end up where we started, and only made our next planned event because the guide ended our tour early. You can have a better experience doing these attractions separately. Don't waste your money on this tour.

It was suppose to be an English speaking tour. It was a large group, both guides had very heavy accents and repeated everything in multiple languages, wasting my time for the tour. We couldn't view on our on. I couldn't understand them most of the time and actually just quit trying at the last venue. Also we had to walk 1.6 miles to get the bus to the next venue. This was not disclosed prior and my hotel was only 1.3 miles from the venue so I had to walk further to the bus than my hotel. The experiences was expensive for very little.
