Alhambra Premium Skip-the-Line Guided Tour with Nasrid Palaces

I booked a small group tour for up to 10 people, but in reality, there were 14 of us. However, this wasn’t the main issue. The main problem was the guide’s poor and limited English, which made it very difficult to understand. It’s hard to say whether the guide was unprepared or if the language barrier was the reason, but the information provided was minimal and not engaging.

Super exceptional. Tour guide had lots of knowledge, the group was less than ten and that made it easy to ask questions and get personalized attention. I would definitely recommend.

The tour was very impressive and interesting. Our guide presented everything in an understandable, natural and funny way. All in all, a great, informative and relaxed tour. The Alhambra - wow.

Despite the chaotic weather, Angela was brilliant. Her explanations and all the details she gave us about the Alhambra made the visit a wonderful experience. The reception is easy to find, the staff welcoming. We highly recommend this tour.

The guiding was really good but the instructions to meet the guide was possible the worst I have experienced. The link in the email pointed wrong with about 500 metres and no further instructions where exactly to meet the guide.

The most important thing has been the great performance of the guide we had. I don't remember her name. At all times, she analyzed with great human depth what we were seeing. It was not a story. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! She was almost 4 hours with us and always with the same enthusiasm. !!!!!!!!!

Small-group guided tour (9) very pleasant with a guide who was really interesting without being too exhaustive, with lots of interaction with the group.

The tour with Raquel was excellent, she knew so much and communicated it in a very pleasant way. We are grateful that we were able to experience the Alhambra in this way.

I found our guide Julian very informative and great. I learned a lot. He made the Alhambra a great experience for me!!! 🤗🤗🤗 Unfortunately, another older, blonde-haired group leader (who also accompanied a group in German) treated him quite disrespectfully in front of us and in German 😔😔😔😔 You should have a conversation with this group leader!!!

We had an excellent guide who brought the place alive and I really enjoyed her humour. The ticketting was fine but we had trouble finding the rendezvous point, but when we called for help the girl was clear and very helpful.

Christian was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable & great banter! The Alhambra was beautiful & full of rich history! The tour is long but was not overly tiring at all!

An attentive passionate guide with detailed knowledge of both the Alhambra and the entire history and art collection of Granada and the link to other cultures,buildings and cities. The 3+ hour tour was magnificent and so over.
