Alhambra Premium Skip-the-Line Guided Tour with Nasrid Palaces

Alhambra is stunning. Nothing like i have ever seen before. The experience and our guide were all wonderful. We had a great time. The weather during our visit was perfect but 'm told summers can be too hot. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes- its a walk. But totally book it.

Jesus the guide was simply amazing. But also we got exactly everything out of the tour. Bit of history, current affairs. Timing wise ideal, nothing rushed at all. I like the mic and the headphones, could hear and follow my guide at all time. One of the best tours I had.

Wonderful location. Our guide Hector really great in exposing us the history and particularities of the place we visited, with sympathy, accuracy, great preparation and ability to engage.

The tour was perfect and the guide particularly interesting. However, it was unacceptable that the tickets we had booked for our friends were non-refundable! In fact, I had booked 2 tickets for friends from Quebec who were due to join us in Spain, but they had to cancel their trip due to hospitalization the day before their departure. When I notified them by e-mail 15 days before the date of their visit, I received the following reply: Thank you for contacting us. Cancellation policies for each experience are defined by the local partner, and in this case, the partner does not authorize cancellation or does not allow cancellations less than before the activity. In our experience, they do not allow any exceptions to this policy. Therefore, we cannot cancel and refund these tickets for you against the booking ID 23016226. I find this attitude deplorable and inhumane, I think after 3 visits this is the last one and I will warn all my friends against this kind of behavior !!!!!
