Driver was on time ( scheduled times) and all the drivers were very friendly and helpful. My one comment would be that when someone buys -in advance - a ticket, there should be a map that shows the nearest pick up to a hotel ( ask where that person is staying).

Convenient dropoff/ pickup locations near hotel and sites However busses run as much as 25 minutes late. Interactive map showed busses bunched up along route. Map should show NEXT estimated pickup time for each stop based on real time. We would rather spend more time in museum rather than at busstop.

Some stops were not clearly marked. As a result, we missed the bus at our intended stop, did a lot of walking to get to the next stop, and ran out of time to visit all the venues we wanted to see.

Ticketing went well; tour was good, BUT the input for headphones was broken on two seats so could not listen to narration.

I particularly liked the clarity of the audio system with the explanation of what we were seeing. So many times it is difficult to hear what is being said, but this was crystal clear.

These tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Prepare for the vacation of a lifetime as you explore all of Reykjavik's best attractions! Your pick-up location is outside Harpa, the concert hall and conference centre. The best way to see all of Reykjavik is from the comfort of the bus, so ride it all the way to the end. Once you've completed the loop, you'll have a good sense of the city's layout and attractions and be prepared to go further.

To help you make the most of your stay in Reykjavik, consider this list of the three attractions that you really must see. The first stop should be at Hallgrimskirkja. It dominates the skyline in Reykjavik and is visible from practically everywhere in the city, but it must be experienced up close to be fully understood. Get off of the bus here to get your bearings and marvel at its massive height. It's one of the highest structures in Iceland, standing at 75 meters in height. You can get back on the bus and continue seeing Iceland, but stop at the National Museum before you do. The museum displays about 2,000 artefacts that span the whole human history of Iceland, from its first settlement by the Vikings to the current day.
