• If you would like to bring a pet they can travel at the price of an adult and must be in a pet cage which will sit in the shared luggage trailer.

• In the next step of booking, please specify the pick-up point.

• On the day of your transfer, please arrive at your pick-up location 15 min prior to your scheduled departure.

• Pickup time will be mentioned in the voucher

• Your driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up location.

• Wait outside the pick-up point as the driver will not go into lobbies or stores to look for you.
