Nu se aplică niciuna dintre subcategoriile de mai sus (Niciuna Ora noastră de preluare a fost 10:15 AM. Am așteptat de la 10:00 la 11:30 nu a apărut nimeni. Apoi am decis să sunăm la un Uber care a ajuns repede. Din fericire zborul nostru era la ora 15:00. Am plătit pentru un serviciu care nu a fost furnizat. De aceea cer o rambursare. Va multumesc. (Niciuna dintre subcategoriile de mai sus nu se aplică la cazul meu. Am selectat-o doar pentru a avea activat butonul "Trimite recenzie").

I'm almost 80 yrs old and booking online for anything gets me a bit tense. But there was no hitch booking a ticket with your shuttle. In addition, the President Hotel was surrounded by construction mess but your nice driver came up to the hotel to look for me. He was very early and that eased my concern to get to the airport well before time. He was also cheery and polite to all the passengers. I'm impressed. Thanks for your shuttle service

The experience was awesome, we booked the shared shuttle bus. Upon our arrival in Auckland at 11.18pm NZ time after customs check, as first timers in Auckland we didn't know if there would be the waiting or not so we walked out. We saw a bus waiting and before we could ask the driver asked us if we are the ones who booked the shuttle bus and you can see the smiles on our faces. The driver was awesome he was very patient smiled got our bags stored it away and took us straight to our hotel. I can't wait to book our return trip with your company again because I trust 🙏 you guys. Thank you 🤗

I was not left wondering when the Shuttle would be coming. The driver messaged and came in a short while and carried my luggage up. He brought me as near to my hotel as possible, although there was much road construction around it. On 11 September, the Shuttle has been booked to take me from the same Hotel President to the Airport. I hope I can depend on the driver to pick me up on time so that I can arrive at Auckland Airport 2 hours before take-off (10:05 am)
